The hotel is beautifully located and offers a peaceful retreat, with lovely views. Our room was comfortable and given that it was a dog-friendly room, was clean and fresh with considerate touches of water bowls and a paw towel.||||Whilst I would say that accommodating dogs is more of an exception than the rule, we were made to feel very welcome and as special as any other guest. Dogs are not permitted in the lounge area or the restaurant, but we were able to sit just on the edge of the bar area as our boys just curled up by the chairs. We also booked private dining for both dinner and breakfast so the boys could remain with us. I can honestly say the private dining experience was amazing! The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the food and wine. We chose from the a la carte one night and had the 7 course taster the second and the presentation was beautiful and the food was delicious.||||I also had a massage by Suzanna and it was heaven!!||||We would definitely go back there again! Thank you for making our stay so special.

Really love the location. We got married here so wanted to revisit a few years later. In general it’s great and we will definitely return. Service and staff are fantastically helpful. Personal preference re the food; would love to see more simple classic dishes as opposed to fine dining for the evening meals. Breakfast was fantastic and more in line with expectations.

We were recently married at Losehill and everything was perfect. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. We were able to get ready in a suite in the morning but we did have to go with the plan b due to the changeable weather. The orangery is still beautiful and the staff really know what they’re doing. The food is incredible and the extra jugs of sauce we requested went down a storm. Breakfast is also very good. The rooms were well appointed and guests were very complimentary. We have been told it was the Best Wedding Ever by several people.

A wonderful, peaceful stay in stunning Peak Park surroundings. Lovely hotel with very pleasant spa facilities. Beautifully presented and delicious Nouvelle Cuisine. Friendly and very efficient staff always on hand and prepared to make your stay perfect without being intrusive.

I love this hotel! The hotel is beautiful and located in a wonderful place. Some rooms are nicer than others as I've been here a couple of times. The pool and hot tub are nice. These are booked so they don't get too busy. The restaurant is the best part. The food has been incredible both times I've been here, and as some of the ingredients are grown on site, make it truly special. The staff are very attentive and it is very clean. We are already planning to go back a third time, so that speaks for itself.

It's such a beautiful place with amazing views in the middle of the hope valley. Yes, it is expensive but in my opinion it's worth every penny. We stayed there a couple of times and we loved it each time. People are lovely, this place is perfection. Close to our favourite walks, Mam Tor and Castleton. And food... I love it, and as a vegetarian I was never disappointed. It was done to the same standard as the meat dishes. I would highly recommend it.

We have visited here twice, once in August 2024 and also 5 years ago. It did not disappoint either time. Our room was luxurious, the food was amazing and the views and walks from the hotel are stunning.

Just excellent. I felt so looked after during my spa session, treatment session and in the restaurant afterwards.
Every member of staff was so attentive and caring and professional.
The spa facilities are lovely with the backdrop of Edale! And managed in such a way that there are never too many people using them at one time.
The treatment sessions was amazing and so restorative!
And the service and food at Grafene was also excellent.
Definitely planning to return!
