I have so much to say about this wonderful hotel. About 2 weeks ago we needed to find a hotel in London for a birthday celebration and this hotel came up. £185 for the night, to pay on the day which was a great price for 2 adults. We were able to check in online and were given a digital room key which is always a bonus. When we arrived we were greeted with a great reception and the man that we spoke to was very attentive. As the “ guest of the week “ we were given a complimentary update, a free drink in the bar, as well as complimentary breakfast. I didn’t realise when we booked that the 24hr gym was included in the price we paid. I was so shocked and surprised but as it was for a birthday celebration it was a nice touch. The reception area was beautiful, lots of seating areas, they have a small cafe at the front and a beautiful bar with a restaurant in. Our room was stunning, a lovely comfortable bed, with a complimentary coffee machine, beautiful bathroom/shower. 10/10. All the service we received was great. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you so much to everyone at Lost Property Hilton @ St Paul’s xx

We had an exceptional stay at Lost Property St Paul’s. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making us feel valued throughout our visit.

The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms finished to an exceptionally high standard. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the luxurious furnishings to the premium finishing touches that really elevate the experience.

The location is fantastic, right next to St Paul’s Cathedral and within easy reach of everything London has to offer. Combined with the outstanding service and high-end accommodation, this made for a truly memorable stay.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lost Property St Paul’s and will definitely be returning in the future.

Even though I had to cancel my stay, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me.

A package I had ordered was delivered to the hotel after my cancellation, and the staff took the time and effort to make sure it was forwarded to my home address. Their communication was excellent and they were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process.

I truly appreciate the extra effort they made even though I was no longer a guest. That level of customer service is rare and deserves recognition. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on their outstanding hospitality and would happily book with them in the future.

Thank you again for all your help and in particular Nataliia and Colin who I had contact with through email!

I've been here every year once since this hotel opened, as it's walking distance from the office where I pop by annually. It's the best option in the area for the price (if you book reasonably far ahead). Buffet breakfast is simple but functional; bacon/sausage/eggs/cereal/fruit.

As I have gold membership with Hilton, I have always managed to get a decent room, and there are some quirks about the property that would affect one's stay. There are some rooms (5 I think?) on the ground floor that are close to the restaurant and lift, so I imagine it would be very noisy to be staying there. I have been lucky to get rooms between 3-5th floors.

The shower does take a while to warm up, so run it for a minute or two before you get in. All in all, I think the location, amenities, and the nice albeit small rooms are value for the price. You would be hard-pressed to find something so convenient at this price in this location.

Reception Staff Need Better Manners and Customer Service

I recently stayed at The Lost Property St Paul’s and, overall, I think this could be an excellent hotel. The restaurant staff were wonderful and the male staff at reception were also brilliant, friendly, professional, and welcoming.
Unfortunately, my experience with some of the female reception staff was disappointing. In particular, there was a younger woman with long dark hair whose manner came across as cold and dismissive. On several occasions, approaching the reception desk felt as though guests were inconveniencing her rather than being welcomed. Simple courtesies such as “good morning”, “good afternoon”, “please”, and “thank you” were noticeably absent.
I am someone who is accustomed to high standards of service, and I was genuinely surprised by this. I also observed similar interactions with other guests, so it did not feel like an isolated incident.
As a woman and someone who generally believes strongly in supporting other women, I take no pleasure in making this observation. However, the contrast between the service provided by some of the female reception staff and that provided by the male staff was striking.
This issue made my stay more frustrating than it should have been. Good manners and a warm welcome are fundamental parts of hospitality, particularly in a hotel of this standard. Lost Property St Paul’s has the potential to be outstanding, but the reception experience needs attention and staff should be reminded that courtesy and professionalism make a significant difference to guests.

A cute little boutique hotel right next to St. Pauls with a good vibe in the lobby, really keying off the local area. The rooms were small as we expected, but they are newly decorated and extremely clean and well maintained. I couldn't find any issues. Even the grout was spotless! My only criticism is that the decor did feel a little on the cheaper side compared to say a Kimpton, which I believe should be a competitor (think fake white marble tiles like a show home instead of luxury boutique hotel).

The hotel breakfast buffet was good, if not a little mediocre: the hot food was too watery due to the types of sealed containers and maybe not as fresh as it should be, and all the pastries were basic like they were freshly unwrapped instead of baked. Perhaps add one or two extra special items to elevate the buffet?

Service was perhaps the weakest point. It's basic - in no way elevated. We heard another table told (at the end of our breakfast) that they could order eggs anyway they like - information not given to us, so we missed out. Staff were friendly at check-in but gave confusing information that we could spend our breakfast credit at the cafe instead of a buffet, which we were denied on our second day when we couldn't take the buffet.

We had a fantastic time at Lost Property Hotel in London. It's our favourite place to stay every time we visit London. It has a great central location, easy transport links and most places are easy to get to on foot as well. We had the pleasure to meet one of the staff members Sangham (apologies if I misspelled the name), who was extremely helpful and made our lives so much easier by offering additional early check in option. He was very kind, professional and welcoming! Our experience in this hotel has been always fantastic and we would highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates great service, lovely staff and beautifully designed interior! Thank you very much, Simona
