Excellent beauticians here, very professional and services are good. Kate is amazing and is excellent at eyebrows, waxing and facials. Other beauticians are great too, pedicures are good. Even my dog liked coming here. Great local service, highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Kate at lotus spa for quite a few years now and she’s brilliant. Having had bad waxing experiences elsewhere, Kate is great and uses high quality wax. Always good to catch up and chat on every visit too. Highly recommend!

Amazing Indonesian pregnancy massage with Lei - the perfect balance of pressure to relieve tension but somehow super relaxing too. Can’t wait to come back!

Also had a brilliant pregnancy massage with Carmen - fantastically relaxing a whilst getting rid of the tension in my body. Would definitely recommend.

I booked a last-minute pregnancy massage today due to neck pain.

At the spa, no one was at reception to greet me. A minute later, a girl walked over, fixated on her phone. She finally asked if I had an appointment, and I told her it was a massage with Carmen. She introduced herself as Carmen and led me to the massage room.

I mentioned my neck pain, but the massage was odd. I was left exposed and uncovered, with most of the time spent on my head instead of my back or neck. The towels were too small, leaving my feet out the entire time.

The session ended abruptly with Carmen mumbling something before leaving. No one asked for feedback or offered water. A different girl at reception just said goodbye as I left.

Very weird experience.

Lei is one of the best masseuses I've ever come across (and I've tried many). He is such a pleasure, professionally and personally, that I've started going for weekly massages. He has been integral in maintaining my ability to go to the gym regularly, and in helping with any assocated injuries or niggles.

Such a delightful , clean and peaceful spa. I recently had 2 sessions of reflexology with Emily and it was a lovely experience. Emily is a professional and warm person who puts you at ease and genuinely cares about helping people with her gift of reflexology. Looking forward to returning.
