Highly recommend, Liz made us feel welcome and I felt if we had anything of need she would have seen to it pronto.

The place itself is well placed for exploring the local area, clean tidy and comfy with a cracking breakfast.

Lovely B&B very well looked after, room was nice with comfy bed and big fluffy towels, superb breakfast that set you up for the day, nice bonus to have the use of a fridge and microwave. The host Liz very knowledgeable on the area and gave us good tips for walks. All in all a very relaxing break. Thank you ?

What a find. A fabulous farmhouse b&b offering perfection in everything. Spacious rooms with extensive tea making supplies, fabulous power showers in spacious en suites. All spotless.
The best breakfast EVER served by Liz the owner, quantity and quality being paramount in a relaxed atmosphere. Would knock spots off many 5* hotels! Comfortable, homely and a good night's sleep. Highly recommended.
Will definitely be back when the area.

Excellent! The room we had was spacious and comfortable with an ensuite. There is a lovely patio area where we were served tea on arrival. The host was very welcoming indeed, and helpful regarding local places to eat. The breakfast was extremely good! It was beautifully cooked and there was a varied choice. It is a quiet location and was also easy to drive into Sidmouth. Highly recommended!

Lovely welcome with a coffee and a tasty lemon drizzle cake. Comfy bed, rooms large and warm. Breakfast delicious, kept us going until evening. Dog friendly too. Don't forget your wellies, we have had a lot of rain in the last few days and the fields were wet and muddy as was the dog!!

Beautiful countryside and a great place to walk, Liz is a lovely host, breakfast is delicious well behaved dogs are welcome too. Will definitely stay there again

Our second stay at Lower Pinn Farm. The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. Liz is very welcoming and the breakfasts are fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
