I went to see Adrianna last week for a one hour relaxation massage, and honestly I feel like a new person. As someone whose day consists of constantly picking up and putting down a 7 month old, my body felt achy and tired. Adrianna was so lovely and worked particularly on my back and shoulders. I've had lower back and shoulder problems she tailored the massage brilliantly and found the troublesome areas and got to work on them. I've gone to Lucy Hall for massages several times now, as has my wife. We've been seen by three of the staff there and they've been absolutely fantastic. They take care to understand what the problem is and explain what they're going to do during the session.
The massage is top notch, and they regularly follow up with an after-care e-mail with suggested exercises.
I usually go to the Thoday St location, easy to get to off Mill Rd, (I cycle there, plenty of bike parking around - car spaces are available on the road as well as neighbouring streets). - The massage studio is a little garden room through the main house. Always warm, clean and tidy in there.

Would recommend wholeheartedly.

I have been going here for the past few years. I've had relaxation, swedish, and pregnancy massages. It is an absolute treat for me every time. Adrianna is so professional and really tailors the massage to suit my needs at the time. I always leave feeling better. I've had multiple deep tissue massages from Adrianna and every time it's left me with more mobility, less pain and an overall increase in my wellbeing. The setting is always very clean and I've never been made to feel unwelcome. With the lovely setting aside, the massage has always been far better than other places I've visited. Adrianna manages to get great pressure in the right places and has loosened up knots in my back I've had for years. I can highly recommend Lucy Hall massages. Vanya is excellent. Professional massage therapist with years of experience. Tailors each treatment to your specification. Very knowledgeable, attentive and considerate. Base in Milton, North Cambridge is easily accessible by foot, bicycle or car. Close to the Science Park (only 5 minutes by car). The Lucy Hall website provides a very easy system to use to book and prepay online. Trustworthy, reputable business. I would definitely use them again.
