I was gifted a morning spa experience by a friend. It was super easy to book in with Luenire via the website.
I selected a massage as my treatment and was emailed with an arrival time and treatment time. I also received a call from the Spa the day before confirming everything which I thought was a nice touch.
Upon arrival I was given a health declaration to complete and given a welcome drink which was a delicious “shot” of orange juice.
I had Courtney for my treatment and she asked what type of treatment I would like - I didn’t realise you could mix and match. So I requested a back and shoulder massage and then a facial.
WOW! The massage was perfect - great pressure and definitely could feel the tension leaving my body. Heated oil was lovely and the room was nice and warm and tranquil. Courtney checked in a few time during treatment.

I then turned over for the facial - this was actually my favourite part of the treatment. So relaxing and my skin feels so soft and rejuvenated. I think men should definitely do this more often - I certainly will be!

After the treatment I was offered a drink - so am currently sipping on a Prosecco sitting in a relaxing egg chair and honestly don’t want to leave 😂

Will definitely visit again. All the staff were lovely and the hotel itself is also beautiful.

Good massage, but underwhelming overall Spa experience.

My partner booked a surprise couples massage Christmas treat which I had been looking forward to for the past few weeks.

We arrived with minimal information about parking and access to the spa but we eventually located it in a hotel.

We were greeted at the spa reception desk by a lovely lady. The reception for the spa was very small and intimate, but we waited for the treatment room to be free. We booked for a COUPLES massage (double room) but the masseuse said we would have to wait an 1 hour if we wanted to do the massages together. We literally couldn’t postpone as we had Afternoon Tea right after, so we had to do the treatment.

We booked for a full body massage, spa access, and afternoon tea.

When we finished, it seemed like me and my partner had two very different massages - which isn’t something I’ve experienced at spa breaks before. This lack of consistency was the first major red flag. I could also overhear talking outside my door occasionally which made it sometimes difficult to relax. When it was quiet, it was super peaceful and relaxing though!

No actual “spa” (not even a sauna, pool, or steam room) being at a spa was the second red flag - we were also promised an LED light treatment because of the broken facilities, but after treatments, no one was in the reception.

I have to mention, the staff were absolutely lovely - there just seemed to be poor communication in terms of bookings and distinction between single and couples massages.

I also found mould on the drinks tray where our drinks were placed on which added to my disappointment really (third red flag).

I personally wouldn’t recommend this spa as I believe there are much better spas out there, but staff were kind and the hotel staff who did the Afternoon Tea afterwards made the day slightly better. Still very disappointed with the “spa” experience and may have to book elsewhere in the new year for a full experience ☹️

4/10 experience overall sadly.

Had a lovely full body massage today booked by my son in law for my birthday surprise for me & my 2 daughters. Treatment was much better than I’d expected after reading some reviews. Sabrina & Courtney was brilliant & really enjoyed it. Robes a little tired but apart from that all good.

I attended for a spa day with my friend for her birthday. Upon arrival we were greeted by a really polite receptionist and was introduced to our therapists, Courtney and Keisha. Both therapists were attentive and gave such a wonderful massage. We will definitely look at returning again soon 💕

In amongst the busy Christmas build up I decided to spend a couple of hours relaxing and recharging. I was really impressed with the staff at Luenire, booking was easy and efficient and everyone was so friendly. I had the 120pure 2 hour treatment which included a massage and facial. It’s very unusual for me to stop for 2 hours so it was perfect. Thank you Courtney for a lovely experience. 2 hours of pampering finished with prosecco what could be better? Merry Christmas

I had an incredible experience at Luenire Spa & Aesthetics. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and so relaxing. The staff were all lovely, making me feel welcome right away.

I booked a facial and back massage, which included a glass of prosecco – a delicious touch! The back massage was soothing, with a gentle but effective touch, and the facial was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep. One of the highlights was the warm neck and shoulder compress before my massage – something I’ve never had before, but it felt absolutely amazing.

I’ll admit, I’m not usually a fan of spas within hotels unless they’re dedicated spa hotels, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was given a robe (it had seen better days, but it was clean) and a pair of slippers, which helped create a proper spa experience. I didn’t feel like I was just off a busy roundabout and dual carriageway at all!

The temperature in the treatment room was perfect, adding to the overall comfort. My therapist, Sham, was fantastic, and the receptionist, Zay, was incredibly attentive and friendly.

If you're looking for a spa that truly prioritises relaxation and great service, I highly recommend Luenire. If I didn't live in London, I’d definitely be back!

Would definitely recommend! Completely relaxing treatment, perfect for couples as they have two massage beds. Many treatments to browse and package options available. I received amazing service throughout. Body scrub and facial wash amazing and left my skin feeling so smooth. Thank you!
