Japanese Head Spa Training

The girls were absolutely amazing! I have had so much training from different people in the beauty industry but these girls are the best by a mile! They are so well educated and thorough in the training. You get so much for the money you spend - it’s pretty much a whole day of their time, they provide you with lunch, snacks and beverages. The kit that’s included in the price contains high end products and has everything you need to get going right away! Aside from all of that, the girls are so down to earth and fun! They have so much industry experience and make sure you’re comfortable with everything before you leave. They also provide ongoing support which is extremely helpful. Something that really went above and beyond for me though, is that they record so many aesthetically pleasing clips for you that can be used for a few weeks worth of content!

Thank you girls so much! I’m so glad I trained with you and will be back!

Upon arrival the place was very neat and vibes. A staff member sat us down didn’t even bother saying hi or introducing herself she just asked if what time our booking was.

The massage was very nice and relaxing. The consultation could’ve been more thorough. In terms of the actual head massage it felt nice as well but staff didn’t explain anything that was going on. They kept putting things in the hair and didn’t explain. The facial as well they didn’t explain what products were being used and what was going on. For the price we paid it really wasn’t worth it. Sure the massage was great but the service wasn’t a priority.

Me and my best friend booked in for a Japanese head spa. Thought it would be a nice birthday treat for my friend and we didn't know what to expect. Iqra and Sara looked after us and they were literally the most sweetest girls I've ever met. From beginning to end they were so nice and attentive. The head massage was amazing. After they finished our treatments even dyed our hair, made us tea and gave us lots of sweet treats. These young girls were so professional and I would highly recommend going here. I've got a Turkish Hamam booked tomorrow for there other branch so looking forward to it 😊

I went with my sister today and had a really lovely time with the Japanese head spa. It was such a relaxing experience. Each step was explained by the lovely ladies at Lumiere and we got the treatment best suited for us after our scalp analysis. Really enjoyed it. Will be coming back for more head spas. Thank you x

Just had a dual head spa experience and it was amazing. Usually when you go to spas they’re so quick to get you out and stick the the specific time allocated or make it shorter, but here there was no rush, and extra time was given just to ensure the full treatment was carried out. The 2 ladies who did it were brilliant, and really nice and knew exactly what they were doing. I would 100% recommend and we’ll definitely be coming back again.

The actual treatment and the lady who did it was really nice. Quite relaxing. I still think it's a lot of money though.

On the website it says they accept cash or bank transfer. However whoever was messaging me via text messages, the tone wasn't friendly and said only accepted cash. So please update your website to say cash only.
