Always a great experience at Luminis in Chislehurst. I feel very welcome whenever I'm there, and it's a treat to have a deep tissue massage with Imogen. The High Street location is very convenient, and the spa is nicely decorated and spotlessly clean.

Imogen was a fantastic therapist for a mum & baby package treatment - a very relaxing massage and facial followed by a pedicure. Highly recommend.

Today was the first time I had visited, and I was welcomed with warmth & kindness by Imogen. The shop was beautiful,clean and calm.

I had my eyebrows shaped by Imogen, who was actually very good and discussed what she was going to do. (Even though I was in a fluster, lol)

I want to add that when I arrived for my appointment, I was very flustered & stressed as I had lost my phone on the bus on the way, and Imogen and her client were both so kind and empathetic. They both went out of their way to help me, and for that, I am truly grateful for the kindness shown to me today after what has been such a tough few years for me.

Again, thank you for your kindness today, Imogen, and I'll see you soon for my eyebrows tint * I'll promise no more tears* ?
