My girls (and I) had a great time at the Lush store in Birmingham. Sarajjit helped them find the gifts they were looking for and introduced them to some lovely bath bombs especially for sensitive skin and they had a lot of fun with fizzing and crackling bath bombs and bubbles. We would definitely recommend this store and it was a great experience.

I had my first-ever Lush spa experience with Sandra in Birmingham, and it was absolutely incredible! I’ve always loved spas and treatments, but this was on another level. The atmosphere was so relaxing, warm, and friendly—it was the perfect, most magical treat! I highly recommend it!

Amazing treatment by Amy! Came in with my mom, it was a wonderful experience and my back never felt better! The staff was very friendly and considerate. The products used were excellent. Definitely will come again and would recommend to everyone ❤️

Absolutely incredible first spa experience at Lush today - Lydia was my massage therapist and did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and welcomed, was so informative about each of the ingredients and well being benefits to allow me to make the best selections for my Tailor Made treatment. Beyond this she was so skilled in delivering the massage! My back feels completely new and I left the room seeing in soft focus. Loved the little treats at the end too, will definitely be booking again so thank you again for the lovely afternoon.

Today I visited the Lush spa in Birmingham. I had the Fresh facial. The experience from start to finish was sensational. Amy and Lydia were so very welcoming and so helpful and friendly.

They really took the time to find out about your skin and i liked the products they selected for me and were very suited to my skin.

I would definitely recommend a visit to the spa and i will definitely be coming back again for a further treatment

Visited Lush Spa for birthday present. Amy was an excellent therapist. Talked softly through own skin care and products to use during treatment, which included around eleven products. Everything very nicely paced with a mixture of warm and cool products, hot stones, eye mask patches and soothing music originally created for Lush. Able to use products available in spa bathroom as well.

While treatment was an hour there was about half an hour extra to start treatment off and finishing it. Post treatment was provided with fresh fruit, water and juice. Allowed to spend to time relaxing until ready to go. Treatment was beyond expectations and will probably ask for a present again in the future!

I had a wonderful experience at the Lush Spa Birmingham!
Krystal made me feel fantastic and very relaxed to a point in which I may have fallen asleep during my Comfort Massage (only for a couple of minutes). She was really attentive and the room was really nice, cosy and warm making me feel safe deep in the nostalgia! Many thanks ?! Xxx
