Aileen is the best. I have had treatments with her for 4 years now and I think I have tried it all from deep tissue, hot stone body massage, indian head massage, facials... but reflexology is my absolute favorite, her skills are amazing. 100% recommend to book with her if you're in the area.

I was looking for pregnancy massage in Glencoe and so pleased when I found Wellness at Woodlands. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing and I loved the use of pregnancy related products. Pregnancy massage usually isn’t too strong, so I wasn’t sure if it would help with my sore bits. I was so glad to leave with the pressure in my neck/shoulders completely relived. Thank you!

Once again had the most amazing Hot Stone massage today with Aileen. I appreciate that Aileen takes time to chat with you before and after the massage. I walked in stressed and walked out totally relaxed. Aileen managed to work out all the knots in my shoulders, neck and lower back. I highly recommend the 90 minute hot stone massage. Will see you in 6 weeks 😊

I’ve been using Highland Holistic for over a year and have had many different types of massages from a number of therapists. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time there and really feel it’s a place of calm where I can truly relax.

I am an athlete so my primary reason for visiting is due to my sore muscles but I always come back again because the environment is so relaxing and I always feel restored after a massage there.

Not only do I highly recommend Highland Holistic I feel it’s a must to visit when in the area or if you live close by.

Had an amazing experience tonight with Ailleen. I had booked a 90 minute appointment for a set treatment but when I got there and had my consultation, Ailleen recommend I had a different treatment to help me deal with issues I was having. My treatment was so relaxing and peaceful, feel so relaxed. Definitely would recommend ❤️🥰
