First time here! It was great. Very busy so I had to wait a bit but that's no problem. I had a relatively specific choice of nail art so it took about an hour. The staff were very understanding as I changed my colour choice like three times (sorry about that, thank you for your patience). I got exactly what I wanted. This was great. 10/10 I will be back again. I didn't mention this to the staff when I was there but these are actually my birthday nails and for the fall season! Thank you so much for these adorable nails ❤️❤️❤️❤️ (it was £30 :>)

So I booked an appointment for myself to have acrylics and my 6yr old daughter to have our nails done, hers were a standard paint mine had a pattern, I asked when my nails were done how much the lady said £40 they do not take card which should be made clear when I booked, so I went and got £40 out the cash point, when I went to pay they looked at me like I had gone mad, they had not accounted for my daughter as well that I booked with in the beginning, so £40 for me an £5 for my daughter that’s £45. On the board in the shop it says acrylics are £32 it said pattern £5 on the board a they already told me £5 for my daughters so that is £42 and they asked for £45. I left unhappy getting tossed from pillar to post then realising that 1 of my nails is higher than the others. Won’t be returning.

I got my nails done here for the first time a few weeks ago and it was good, however when I came back for an infill the owner of the salon did my nails and BUTCHERED them. They’re all different shapes and lengths and when I tried to tell him nicely about it he got defensive and started shouting at me and trying to gaslight me into thinking they were always different lengths and sizes like I wouldn’t of noticed that if it were true. It was horrible, If you come here avoid this man at all costs!

Recently moved to the area, and tried a couple other salons that were rubbish. Luxury Nails is clean, quick, have loads of great colours, and saw them doing some fab nail art on other ladies. I like my nails short for work and they did a great job- will definitely go back.

i came here over a month ago and got acrylics done. the design was cute although it was a little messy when it came to the french tip painting. all was well but when i left the store my nails felt like they were about to fall off which i’ve never had before. then i noticed after less than a week that my nails were already lifting at the bottom which doesn’t happen to me anywhere else even after four weeks. im not sure if it was an issue w the application or what but it was very strange. the staff were nice though

This is very much far over due, the quality of service and the attention to detail I receive from the staff at LN&S is just amazing, you can tell that they really care about there clients as well, thank you very much to all the staff there for always making me feel extra beautiful .
