We stayed here last minute as the first accommodation we had booked through booking.com was awful. 5 Mins walk to the beach. Nice quiet area. Parking was available. The room was spotless, bed was very comfy, tea/coffee provided in the room. Breakfast was also included and was great. John and Rosemary were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. They saved what could have been a terrible trip. We would definitely stay again.

This Bed and Breakfast is okay odd night. The breakfast portions are small for what you pay and the toast cold.|No extra and limited on supplies we found. Hardly interaction from staff and things seemed an effort. Room clean except odd black hair around, creaking in property as an older building espically mornings. The shower is hardly a shower takes a long time to heat up. |Comfortable beds and isle of Wight is a beautiful place, just wouldn't stop in this bed and breakfast again as there's plenty more better selection around accommodation.

Me and my son (14) stayed for three nights recently and it was perfect. Not far from the beach and shops. Breakfast was perfect and they accommodate any requests. Large, bright room with lovely old features and clean ensuite and beds. Will come again thanks for having us

Lovely stay, great breakfast and good location for us a little away from the busy sea front. The owner was super helpful. The only slight issue was the strange noises on the first night (maybe the downstairs plumbing?) and the slightly odd shower controls which outfoxed both my wife and I throughout our stay. Piping hot water though. We would have liked to have breakfast earlier, but we realise things are abnormal due to covid.

Came for a short solo break to Sandown and found this B&B. Stayed in the single room which was more than adequate for my needs. The bathroom was just down the corridor but solely for use by my room (key provided). The room had a basin with mains water supply so safe to drink. Well stocked tea tray, armchair and TV. Bed was quite creaky but still reasonably comfortable. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. Price included breakfast which was small but very tasty (although orange juice was a bit watery). Very convinient location with beach and bus stops just a few minutes walk. Would definitely stay again.

I visited this hotel on the 3rd to the 10th August 2019. The owners were very helpful when we arrived they showed us to the room which was lovely. It was nice and clean and was a decent size room. It is only a B &B but the breakfast was really good plenty to eat to set you up for the day. The rooms were cleaned every day. I would recommend this Guest House.

Actually it would be a 3.5 rating, because I would rate a bit above just ok-ish but certainly not a very good. The place is nice, it's an old building with guest rooms which have their charms. But, as said, it's old, so the rooms are very creaky when you walk around, the walls are rather thin, you hear almost every guest even they're talking not very loud. Also the bath room was quite small, although the rooom should have fit for 3 people there was only room for a small shower, a lavabo and a toilet, almost no space to place some bath belongings.|The breakfast room is in the same style, the breakfast comes as fresh made portions, but again, not much space on the table to place everything, so it gets quite overfilled. The service people are nice, a bit on the grumpy side sometimes but still nice. Parking is a fight when all guests are around, since there are only three spots but about 7 rooms, so you have to look at the street side sometimes.

Booked through Ferry company , was a little worried when driving through the run down seaside town at what we had booked .... however was very happy when we saw the lovely presented large premises, in the quiet street away from the main township. Landlady very friendly and informative , was a little surprised about ordering breakfast in the evening, and giving a time, but I guess that's how some of these places operate.

Room was clean and tidy , with all the basics that you would expect , wifi was free , however signal was poor in our room and dropped out a lot.
Good nights sleep , however we found breakfast a little regimental , would of been nice if guests could help themselves to a few items , such as juices , cereals toast etc. without having to wait until it was their turn to be served.

Parking on the front , but limited when busy , there was plenty of parking on the road , with no restrictions , we parked on the quiet street with no issue.
