Wide selection of great coffees. This place is near my work, I come here often and try new coffee every time, never been disappointed. They have a great seating place which you can use as your work stations while taking a coffee and a snack. Highly recommend.

Amazing coffee shop.

Beautiful coffee, I had a cappuccino which came with a perfect creamy froth.

The pastries are delicious with the Almond croissant having a flacky pastry on the outside, doughy centre with a generous serving of Almond paste as a filling. The pistachio and caramel cronought was slight too dense for me, but the flavours were well balanced and hit beautifully.

The aesthetics of the location was adventurous and outdoorsy, just what I need being in the centre of a city, honestly loved their message of 'staying wild'

This is a gem of the city worth finding.

Great place to have a good cup of coffee and to get some work done. The staff are friendly and the menu is extensive. There are plenty of tables, power outlets and fast WiFi. However, the place could do with more single tables that are higher for optimal laptop usage instead of the current lower ones (although the community tables are perfect) and the lighting could be brighter. Would still come back again!

I had a lovely big vegan croissant and oat flat white. Comfy seating and friendly service. Will definitely come back.

Mackbear Coffee is a true gem for coffee lovers! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

The coffee here is outstanding – you can tell they take great pride in sourcing high-quality beans and perfecting their brewing techniques. I recently tried their signature flat white, and it was simply superb – rich, smooth, and full of flavor. They also offer a variety of other beverages, including expertly crafted teas and delicious hot chocolates.

The food menu complements their drinks perfectly, with a range of tasty pastries, sandwiches, and light bites. I highly recommend their freshly baked croissants and the avocado toast, which is a perfect blend of freshness and flavor.

The staff at Mackbear Coffee Co. are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to recommend a new brew or chat about their latest offerings. The service is quick and efficient, yet you never feel rushed, making it an ideal spot for both a quick coffee run or a leisurely catch-up with friends.

The ambiance is cozy and stylish, with comfortable seating and a great mix of modern and rustic decor. It's an excellent place to work, relax, or simply enjoy a great cup of coffee.

Overall, Mackbear Coffee is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates quality coffee and a welcoming environment. Highly recommended!

A lovely little coffee shop which serves a vast range of different coffees and beverages. They also serve gorgeous desserts too. We had the caramel and lemon doughnuts. There was plenty of seating indoors with outside seating too.

A good Matcha Latte and apple pie
But the blueberry muffin was too dry
At more than £16 with an iced latte
We'll not be back another day.

On a more positive note it is a more pleasant place to sit than Costa and could be improved by offering more than cakes and sweet stuff. Filled croissants perhaps. And lowering the price just a bit. Not a fan of muffins and cookies exposed to the air and sneezes and insects.

Passing by as I stopped off here for something to eat and somewhere to do some work. Really nice place inside. Lots of tables and chairs. Fast WiFi. I only ordered food in which I got the Almond filled croissant & that was absolutely amazing! I would definitely try it again. Only issue of there being 1 toilet but even though it was busy when I went it was available most of the time I needed to go. If I'm passing by the area again I will come back here for sure to try their coffee and other food!
