Lovely setting. Warm welcome from hostess Bethan. Very clean rooms and comfy beds. Full English breakfast. Use of breakfast room for early morning tea and to take in own supper eats. Safe parking. Easy walk into Stamford. So enjoyed planning to return again.

Returned here again, it was everything as good as our first visit last year. Bethan is a lovely host, nothing is too much trouble for her. Very good full English breakfast, Bethan even went out and bought black pudding when it had jokingly been mentioned to be included, facilities are clean, comfortable and private. Parking available.||I would definitely recommend it, we have even booked for next year. Bethan offers interesting information on places of interest and eating places.

Fantastic place to stay whilst exploring Stamford and the surrounding area. Bethan is a superb host with a wealth of knowledge for things to do! Perfect place for a romantic getaway. Breakfast and the facilities are great too! Would highly recommend.

Being a BnB one expects a good night’s sleep and a decent breakfast. Our host, Bethan, provided both. And the breakfast was not skimpy but very generous and flexible. ( loved those warms plums).||Good internet connection, hot shower, car park.||Restful 2 nights after busy days in historically interesting Stamford.||Also recommend the Sights and Secrets of Stamford walking tour (Wed & Sat)

Magnolia House is in a quiet street, about 15/20 minutes walk from the town center. There are 2 rooms available in Bethans house, we had the double, which was lovely, with a nice sized en suite. Everything was spic and span and we were made very welcome. The breakfast was very nice, with a choice of cooked, cerals or just toast...or all three if you wanted!

We were booked into the Magnolia Guest House last week while we were working in Stamford. ||||The host was lovely and very welcoming, the accommodation was very clean, warm, and everything we really needed. Breakfast was cooked to order and more than we could have wanted. ||||A lovely pot of coffee on arrival and able to park all the time while we were there. ||||As we were not working on the last day till 3. We were able to stay in our room as she was going away on the following day for her birthday. So not everyone will get that. ||||We would definitely want to stay here again if we found ourselves in Stamford

Wonderful B&B spotlessly clean great location only10 minutes from Stamford centre that has excellent pubs, restaurants and shops. Cambridge and the Norfolk coast within easy reach. Excellent breakfast, Bethan a wonderful host.

Stayed at Magnolia house for the weekend whilst visiting family in Stamford. Accommodation, location and food were perfect and Bethan was very welcoming and friendly. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely visit again.
