I first took Panchakarma in 1986, and since then I've had many wonderful treatments. There should not be any expectation that in an individual case there will be improvement to a particular problem, neither are promises given.
Many people do get such improvements, but the prime result is the better feeling that builds up with an underlying strengthening of the physiology. The mind is not left out as, even though approaches here are physical, the basis of Maharishi Ayurveda is that Mind and Body are intimately linked. I am 78 years of age (in 2025) and expect to continue taking this preventative medicine for many years to come.

My husband attended your clinic for Ayurvedic treatment of his Arthritic hip. He was given a months supply of tablets, oil etc and with consultation cost him £200.
The treatment which he was regimental in taking the tablets and rubbing the oil as directed, never worked for him at all.
He wrote to the practitioner care of this Ayurvedic Centre, no reply, no communication at all what so ever, which is disappointing indeed.
As his chief care giver then you should offer a full or partial refund. At least attempt resolution of sorts.
Taking vulnerable pensioners money and leaving them high and dry with no recourse is despicable.

If you have never tried ayurveda then you're missing something quite wonderful. I had arthritis in my knee and was given ten years before I needed a steel one. I decided to try ayurveda and thirty years later my knee is still fine. The arthritis vanished after the first treatment and has never come back.
The health centre is small and friendly. The staff are skilled and attentive and are continually going on courses to deepen their knowledge and expand the range of treatments available.

30 years active Panchakarma clinic. Personnel is well trained, skilled and very experienced. Staff is kind and makes sure treatments are going well and stay overall is a good experience. Facilities are simple and treatments are effective. To get in balance, this is the place to be.

Have been coming here for over a decade. Great treatment with very experienced staff. Also near the spiritual and quiet atmosphere of the Golden Dome. Can't beat it for rest or retreat.
