I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I was personally guided to my room.

The room itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The view from my window was stunning, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, a well-stocked minibar, and a personalized welcome note.

Breakfast was a highlight – a delicious spread with plenty of options, including fresh local delicacies and international choices. The staff in the restaurant were courteous and ensured everything was to my liking.

What stood out most was the service – always with a smile and a genuine desire to make my stay perfect. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or the front desk, every interaction was top-notch.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent hospitality.

The staff and housekeepers were outstanding—friendly, professional, and hardworking. Restaurant service was excellent, and the on-site Indian restaurant was a nice bonus. The gym was a helpful amenity, and the hotel is fine for a short overnight stay.

However, the lack of windows made the rooms feel stuffy, and the air conditioning was insufficient, especially in warmer weather. The building is old and needs renovation. There’s no buffet option, no laundry service, and the power sockets are outdated. Rooms are quite small—around 15m²—so not ideal for travelers with multiple bags. Some inconveniences may arise due to the building’s age.

Overall, suitable for a quick stopover, but limited in comfort and amenities for longer stays. The staff are the true highlight of the hotel.

Great stay in this hotel. We had a good time from start to end. Receptionist girls were great and explaining every bit, one of them has even came out of the building to direct me to TESCO opposite and tube station nearby,.|Rooms were good and they service it very often. Even top hotels dont change towels this often; one of the best serviced hotels

My husband and I do a fair amount of traveling. I will preface this review by saying that we are not hotel snobs in any way. Our expectations are that we have the normal amenities that This was easily the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. There was one electrical plug in the entire hotel room. None in the bathroom. No towel racks, no toilet paper holder, no tissue, no mirror in the bathroom other than an 8-in magnifying mirror. No hand towels, no washcloths. No bedside lamps, Two small pillows provided. The shower door would not close all the way, resulting in water getting on the floor. The shower door came off the hinges after attempting to open it and had to be propped closed as best we could manage.|The couch was positioned in such a way that you had to actually move it back and forth to walk in and out of the room. The couch was so broken down that the springs were felt through the cushions. No ice in the entire hotel. |It’s a safe bet that this hotel does not have repeat clients.

Hi. I booked a room for 2 nights but they gave me another room and said your room lock is broken and you have no other choice and on the second day at 4:30 am while I was sleeping the loud sound of the room alarm was activated and I was shocked and stressed while no one even came to turn it off. It has very respectful staff but the hotel is full of technical glitches. And honestly I was not satisfied at all. And the room they forced me into was in the basement, without proper ventilation and humid.

i had a wonderful experience during the stay. the workers supported and guided me in everything and we had to worry about nothing other than enjoying the hotel. the buffet was amazing. main part is the bed that was really comfy and comfort of the bed had me cuddle myself into them. overall i would say i had a great experience. the cleanliness of the was a bit off but it doesn't matter as long i enjoyed the stay.

Here is my worst experience from a hotel ever.

Positive:Good location for public transportation.

Negatives:
The rooms are filthy, with hair under the bedsheets, under the pillows, and even inside the shower. The showerhead is covered in dirt and hair, and there is mold inside the shower. You can't open the windows, so there's no fresh air. The staff is unprofessional and rude.

We changed rooms, but the new one was just as dirty—hair and mold in the bathroom and bed. We went to the reception three times to complain, and other guests were also there with similar complaints. The fire alarm went off randomly.

The first time we complained, reception told us they would call the cleaning staff and asked us to leave so they could do a deep cleaning. After five hours, we returned to find the same dirt in the same places,even the bedsheets were the same.

The rooms are noisy, and if you have a window room, you can hear everything. I paid for a room with a window, but they gave me a different one without window. After complaining, they finally changed it. The hallways smelled terrible.

**This was the worst hotel experience ever!** Save your money and book somewhere else—this place isn’t worth a penny!
