I do like the hotel - bar areas quite nice and restaurant nice. Good location and parking in Q park next door. Dining in the mail box easy also. Comfy room - the lighting can feel a bit dingy but it’s fine comfy bed. Air con very noisy though clanking and banging and I wasn’t sure it actually cooled the room! I would stay again!

My first visit to the Malmaison Spa, staff were friendly, helpful and polite. I used the facilities of sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, they all good and place clean overall, a lovely zen atmosphere.
My treatment was the Rocks of the Mediterranean, Freya was my therapist she kind, informative and did an amazing full body massage leaving me super relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you

Lovely clean room.|I have stayed here lots of times before but never reviewed. We stayed in a twin room which was on 4th floor. It was spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff deserve credit as they do a fantastic job!! ||Lovely big bath and beds were comfortable.|We ate out at a restaurant in the Mailbox (Lucarelli) which was amazing. |We had an afternoon cocktail in the Malmaison bar which was really nice.||We unfortunately tried to book spa treatments before we came but the spa was fully booked.||We ate breakfast at the hotel. It was nice however it was £21 per head which seems very expensive compared to other similar hotels. Its a lot for breakfast.||Have stayed before and would definitely stay again.

Just to say that the conference manager Sandrine was friendly, efficient and effective. One of the best in my 16 years of running events. Thank you. The conference room (Work + Play 3+4) was good, the AV was good (two 55" plasma TVs) and did not malfunction once, the food was good, just not enough for all 71 delegates and the space for lunch was too small for the number as well - none of which detracts from the convenience of the venue and how good the manager was.

Lovely stay in the suite over the weekend, absolutely stunning, the room was spotless, and very spacious. The room service was even better! Location was great right in the mailbox with alot of restaurants and cafes ?

Stayed here for my birthday and the hotel were amazing, I received a birthday message in the room which added to the occasion. The room was amazing and the bed was so comfy had a perfect night sleep. Had breakfast the next morning too, there was plenty of options and the cooked breakfast was delicious.

This hotel has so much potential - close to the city centre, rooms of scale and a brand name that I thought was reliable. On the plus side, the restaurant was fine, the menu varied - although pricey - and the food and wine good. On the minus side, the bedroom was the gloomiest I've ever stayed in anywhere, and why are there no drawers in which to stash small items of clothing and the paraphernalia we also take when we travel? This is not a a cheap hotel! As I checked out, I mentioned both of these points and was met with the response "yes, lots of people mention that, sorry". Well why don't they do something about it? I won't be staying again.
