I would like to say a massive thank you to Ana Almieda . Well I was made to feel like a human being as soon as Ana introduced herself and took me to the consultation room.

I felt as if I was paying private health care with the care and compassion Ana showed . what a credit to your pharmacy.

Not only myself, my cousin the day before told me that Ana went above an beyond for him when he could not get a g.p appointment that day. Due to Ana's help and insisted my cousin needed to be seen by the g.p and Ana getting him a G.p appointment saved him going into hospital if he was left over the weekend.
Ana you are credit and I personally will be dropping you a gift of appreciation. if only there was more Ana's within the company. 🙏

Very helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. Very polite. I spoke to other pharmacies in the area on the phone looking for antibiotics for my daughter and they were rude an sounded as though they didnt wsnt to even speak or answer my questions. Malpas brooke is by far the best ive been to.

I am so happy to have transferred from Malpas Road pharmacy to the new Malpas Brook one. It is nearer my house (fair enough lol) ... However, the main reason is the staff!! I struggle severely with mental health problems and take several medications per day... I have a massive variety of good and very bad days and I was thinking about getting my tablets delivered, but just a walk down to this chemist and to get such a warm welcome makes me feel at ease. They’re so chatty and I was always calling them before picking up my tablets as not to have to wait in a small space with other customers but now they send me a text to tell me the script is there ready. I’m sure they do it with other patients, but for me it’s like a lifeline! I never feel embarrassed with these ladies and their conversation is so friendly. X x x 5+ stars for me.
