This little coffee shop is easy to miss and the decor reminiscent of a retro 70s café. Despite the recent loss of Mum the shop’s namesake, the atmosphere is warm and Tracey’s personality so very inviting. Regulars fill up the little shop but there is always room for a few more thirsty coffee lovers.

Tracey is an ace barista who looks after her coffee and the proof is in the quality of the crema which is full of flavour, texture and aroma. She takes care of her guest preferences especially when pulling a ristretto, timing it to the second.

Food made and baked on the premises is top notch, honest, tasty and good value for money. My salad couldn’t be any fresher and my pâté exactly as described. Tracey should be very proud that she is doing it all herself and very well.

Tracey you made the visit for us and you ARE awesome!

What an excellent little coffee shop on the High Street of Sandy. Excellent tasty food, coffee and cake. Great service with wit! Waves when you drive by too! Tracy always participates in anything Sandy Town organises and opens on these occasions where she can.

She has a passion for raising money for Macmillan. Today would have been her dad's 80th so today is selling cakes for money to go to charity.

Mamas also provides businesses with trays of cakes and sandwiches for meetings. A must to impress.
Try this little gem for yourself and see.

Always love visiting Mama’s coffee shop in Sandy. I’ve been using the coffee shop for around 2 years now and Tracy the owner is always so friendly. She even gives me a wave as I walk pass now?Freshly made sandwiches, which are always made to order which is what I love!
There is a selection of fresh cakes and biscuits available. I believe someone local makes the fresh cake for the shop (I love that it’s supporting other local businesses) To date my favourite cake was the lemon meringue…I’m just waiting for that one to come back ?

Best place for freshly brewed coffee in Sandy. Good selection of cakes and soft drinks. Plus monthly exhibitions by local artists help to brighten the walls!

Such a cosy relaxing atmosphere, well priced, Tracy always recognises if one of her customers isn't feeling themselves and checks in on them, she just needs to work on her menu spelling lol. If you're in the area, definitely pop in and check it out

I feel really upset after my visit today. My baby has an allergy to dairy and soya which means I cannot eat these either as I am breastfeeding. I have been going to mama’s coffee shop most weeks after our baby class and always order a hot drink (they do have oat milk). I have asked if they have any food without dairy or soya and the owner said that they don’t. Today I took my own sandwich due to them not having any dairy and soya free options and was told off by the owner. I tried to explain about the allergies but she cut me off and said it just didn’t look good in front of her customers. I would happily buy something to eat if this were available and do feel that there is a need to consider food allergies, as they are more common than people think and can be very serious.

Great location, Sandy free car park opposite, Church is next door if you want to have a walkaround. Friendly and welcoming, if busy inside, has seating outside as well. We'll worth a visit if in Sandy, daily newspapers to read as well, what more could you ask for, from a welcoming coffee shop.
