Such a pleasant spa experience. I have been travelling down to Coventry once a month since last year to use the spa facilities. Even though I don't live in Coventry I was considering getting a membership as I thoroughly enjoy my time here. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The people who use the spa are also very friendly and include you in conversations. It's so easy to make friends here. I thoroughly enjoy massages with Emma, she's great, she listens to you and works on the areas that need extra attention. Thank you to everyone at Mana spa!

I bought Spa access and 30minute massage from Wowcher. I was slightly disappointed as the pool/jacuzzi is really small and slightly awkward when there’s more than a few people. The sauna and steam were basic and the aromatherapy room wasn’t working. I say basic because I’ve been to sauna/steam rooms that smell lovely but this one doesn’t. I booked this for a pre birthday treat. The massage was amazing! I left feeling so much better! Time went so quick though so highly recommended booking for an hour. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Only down fall was the size of the facilities! Lovely experience overall.

I paid for having a detox and good spa experience, but after paying £70 for 60 minutes spa,it wasn’t a good one. Showering kits were not provided post spa, massage was limited only to back, legs and hands ( but I booked for full body 60min).
Every spa centre at least provides something warm to drink post spa…. But nothing except plain water in a tiny plastic cup was provided.

Staff are very nice and lovely. However the quality of thecfacikity has decreased since the beginning of 2024 when I joined.

Areas of improvement:
1-Always, several lockers are not working;
2- Men's changing room is usually dirty ( it seems that there is no clean during the operation hours);
3- The water taps are supposed to be adjustable, but they are hard, and I don't think 'adjustable" is a good word for them.
4- Recently they have set a rule so that nobody should enter the wet area with their shoes ( which is very good and I thank them). However, there is no obligation or mechanism to warn those who still don't obey the rule. I expect more notices and some warnings and penalties for those who don't follow.

Again, staff are very nice snd lovely.

Excellent reception staff. Last time we went towels and robes ( and a drink were included.)..had to pay to use a towe this timel . Note may have been listed but we didn't notice this in info
. We had problems with parking as nearest one was closed...this perhaps could have been mentioned in a text or call.Not aware of the free parking for 2hrs by entering car reg to use specific car park .
Steam room and sauna both were being worked on while we were there..but not at the same time

We had booked here for a birthday present, had come to the day before our booking to be told they couldn’t accommodate both of us for our treatments. Refund was refused as we didn’t give 48 hours notice (wasn’t our fault), so we rebooked for the following week. Only to be called again the day before that they couldn’t accommodate again. This time we thankfully got a refund through spa seekers and we booked elsewhere. Wasn’t a great first time experience which left us with no where to go on my partners birthday as I had already planned this, was too short notice to book anywhere else. Would’ve liked to have tried here but won’t be risking this experience again.

A top-notch massage and a truly relaxing experience. A big thank you to the lovely therapist who made me feel welcome and ensured I was comfortable and well looked after. Left the treatment feeling much lighter and completely rejuvenated!

Never once had negative experience with the staff . They are all polite and friendly willing to help you if you have an issue .
I gave it 3 stars because the facilities aren’t that satisfactory . And do not compare well with the pricing In my opinion.
