The massage felt a bit abrupt. I booked an hour and a half to ensure a more relaxed experience, expecting slow and deep impact. However, at times, it felt like some of my trigger zones were just touched briefly, and then Neo moved on without fully addressing them for proper relaxation. Additionally, one spot on my face is now painful, as if too much pressure was applied during the session.

While my body feels more relaxed after the session, I didn't feel fully relaxed during the massage due to the lack of attentiveness, a couple of moments with too much pressure, and the abrupt pace of movements.

Neo was honestly incredible!! I’ve never had a massage like it- I’m like a new woman! I was in such good hands and Neo was so knowledgable about her craft. I also had a mini facial and the difference after the lymphatic drainage is remarkable- my sister noticed it straight away! I got a Basic Facial with Neo last week Saturday. It was amazing. She massaged my neck to loosen the knots. Although it was uneasy, it felt amazing afterwards. She made me comfortable, talked through the process(every step) and gave suggestions around my skin care routine(i have a combination and acne prone skin due to my PCOS). Will definitely go back again.
