We were visiting Lee-on-Solent for a sad occasion and needed a B&B for the night. We were lucky enough to find availability at this charming little property. Located a stones throw from the front and although it is only Bed provided, there are a multitude of cafes and eateries within a few minutes walk from the front door. The owner was very pleasant and offered us a choice of rooms and we settled on a twin room over looking the road. The facilities were great with a cool box provided containing milk for the tea & coffee making set, a bottle of water and some biscuits. The room even had a microwave. A fan was provided as it was a warm day and the beds were comfortable and quiet at night. Parking is along side the building, just off the road. ||||I would most definitely stay here again and would recommend it if you want a place located close to the sea front, then this is a great choice.

We stayed at the Manor House for four nights and we were made very welcome by Stan who even helped me up the stairs with our luggage. The twin room was warm, clean and very comfortable. We could have whatever we wanted for breakfast, Stan even getting in some granary bread when I expressed a preference. The B&B is right by the sea front & the Bun Penny & the Old Ship are lovely nearby pubs. Sapori is a lovely Italian restaurant about two minutes walk away. I'd really recommend this place & hopefully will be back.

My partner an I stayed in the apartment upstairs with 2 children. The single room only has 1 single bed but having autistic kids we needed a separate room and space so made it work. Everything was lovely and clean and tidy. Host's were very good with communication before the trip and sent additional photos. Children loved the place. Close to beach an shops an to family we were visiting so was ideal. Partner had stayed there previously in a normal room so very pleased with the recommendation. We are more than likely to stay here again.

We were sent to this B & B as the guest house we were originally booked with, which was Leeward House were having problems. The proprietor Stan made us feel very welcome and cooked us an excellent breakfast the following morning.. The bedroom was very pleasant, but for us the mattress was not firm enough. We also found that if you are an extremely large person you would have difficulty getting in and out of the shower. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thanks Stan.

We stayed at the Manor House on Saturday 15th October myself ,my partner and Daughter and her son for my dads 80th Birthday party. We was made to feel very at home, the rooms were lovely and the breakfast was very good. I would also like to thank Stan for making us all feel so welcome and also after we left in the morning to say goodbye to my dad we found a bag on our car window screen of a couple of things I had left in the room by mistake. Thank you and if we ever need somewhere to stay again we will be in contact.

We stayed at Manor House Bed & Breakfast while visiting friends in the area and were exceptionally happy with our stay in a lovely family room with four poster bed, en suite bathroom and single bed for our son. Stan who runs the place makes you feel right at home and his cooked breakfasts are the icing on the cake. A good value for money, comfortable and friendly B&B I would definitely recommend!

Stayed August Bank Holiday weekend 2014.||Arrived early evening (later than we'd said) - no problem.||||Large comfortable twin-bedded room with en-suite.||||Breakfast next morning was help yourself to cereal/beverage then choice of cooked breakfast.||We went for full English - all the trimmings and even included black pudding - favourite of partner; and all cooked fresh with plenty of toast and refills galore.||||Just 3 guest rooms means you feel special - definitely not on a conveyor belt here.||Even when it poured with rain, Stan offered us 2 large umbrellas to ensure we stayed dry while out + about. Superb central location in High Street and 5 mins from the beach, local restaurants and shops.||||Spent the weekend visiting family - then felt we were treated as part of Stan family in the B + B.||Afraid to say too much in case everyone loves it as much as us and there won't be any vacancies next time. Good food, good beds and a good price - and bonus great host too!!!

We stayed at the Manor House on Saturday 9th July, myself, my partner and our 11 year old daughter.||We got to the b&b quite late in the evening but this was no problem at all!||We loved our whole stay at the Manor House, the room was cosy and comfortable, it had everything we needed and we had the best nights sleep!||In the morning we were made an excellent home made breakfast, we felt welcomed and relaxed.||We were told that the room was not booked out the next day so if we needed to rest before starting our long journey, we were more than welcome to stay there until we needed to leave. ||The Manor house is a few minutes walk from the beach and you are right on the high street so its the perfect location.||We cant wait to stay again!!!!!
