My experiences with Maple House is completely atrocious|At the start Somchit/Sue was a seemingly charming lady with a good sense of humour that's what she does can turn two- face at any time. ||But as my time there progress over the months she became very demeaning with accusing me of many things such as...||Throwing rubbish up side of her house |Putting a dent on bedroom wall |Using too much toilet roll |Slamming doors |Being messy|||This was whilst during inviting me to eat dinner leftovers and having tea and coffee with her sometimes there wasn't any hot water the bedroom and ther rooms were full of dust the carpets and furniture we're out dated she voice her racist dismay over in only accepting people with certain religion would ask me to help her out with her mobile which I did so she could see and talk to her relative in Thailand via video link which she badly wanted me to fix but after doing this good deed l was being criticised about the outdated shower door seeming dirty she must of thought because l wasn't from a wealthy background that l like living in dirt but this was highly hypocritical when the rooms in the house had a lot of dust and cobwebs the kitchen was out of bounds so l couldn't buy food to cook in there but she still was critical of going into my bedroom and smelling pot noodles and giving me a rant about eating in my bedroom.||I feel she's pass running a b&b business because first being nice to me then suddenly changing her admiration and attitude towards me once she knew l wasn't from a wealthy background which is where the accusations started to build up.||She forgets that she only got wealthy because of her English husband and her Thai friend also got wealthy through a deceased English husband as Sue told me her friend who she thinks is boring Sinitra used to live in a council house and only drove a volkswagen car before the million dollar cars and homes. so she wasn't always from a wealthy background hypocritical!||I got asked for over £300 when £280 a week was too much as it was just for the bedroom and nothing else. She's a millionaire but bizarrely went on about needing extra but when other guests would offer her extra amount of money she refused to take it hypocritical!||When leaving she asked me for a full weeks stay when l only stayed 2 days that week she only got 2 nights money and thought l was wrong for it this was her taking advantage of my good nature which I finally retaliated too which makes me so privileged.||I was judged because I had a beard and liked metal/rock music also for what l wore.||Make sure you not black and that your wealthy before booking to stay here because it's her preference and lock your bedroom door females because her husband walks in on you suddenly without knocking. I stayed here for over a year May 2021 to October 2022 that's when you know what someone is really like. My review is 19th April 2024||0/0 AVOID!

Owner was very friendly. Rooms were not the cleanest. Very dusty. Tiles & shower head in bathroom were full of limescale. Floors needed a good vacuum. Rooms smelt of damp. Breakfast was to a low standard, cold and tasteless. I would not stay here again.

年末年始の旅行で、家族４人で２部屋取って２泊した。ロンドン郊外の"purley"という駅から徒歩１５分くらいの住宅街にあゲストハウス。オーナーはタイ出身の大変親切で気さくな女性。部屋はまあまあ。朝食は、他のＢ＆Ｂに比べてやや少なくて単純だが、日本人にとってはこのくらいが丁度良い。全体的に考えると、値段が安いのでリーゾナブルと言える。駐車場が敷地内にある。ロンドン市内に行くには、最寄りの駅の近くの路上駐車をして電車で行くのが良い。値段がリーゾナブルなのでまた泊まりたいと思う。
