My only thing I didn't like as a service was
The brazilian blow dry
I have had many before and for £199 it's expensive but I paid £99 but still don't think it's worth it
I will have the top part corrected but tbh I should have had my money back as this treatment is no where near the ones I got from Brighton or London
This one as soon as I washed my hair my hair looked frizzy
The lady did say it looks softer but tbh I can achieve that look with a serum or hair mask and my hair is soft usually it's just the frizz I was concerned about

Otherwise They are a nice bunch of ppl and I would rate them 4/5 stars but I couldn't add 2 separate reviews
It's a very nice modern hairdressers
Friend was surprised when I showed her the wash area with the nice reclining chairs

I have had Isla cut my hair twice at Maria Charles hair salon, and found her to the excellent both times. She was very personable, easy to talk to and asked genuine and curious questions. I really appreciated how she asked me specifically how I would like my hair styled, and even showed me pictures of different styles to help me decide, even though it was just a standard cut and blow dry. The massages Isla gives when she does the shampoo are also amazing!! Would highly recommend Isla, she is an asset to the team. Also very happy with my hair!

I had my hair treatment done from Emilia. She is so amazing and knowledgeable. I had so many questions about hair treatments, hairfall, process etc. She took all very calmly and patiently and responded everything happily and positively. So impressive services. My hair feels so soft and a way better now. Each staff is so welcoming and professional. Charlotte guided the process initially when I visited the salon very first time. She explained everything in a detail. I guess that’s what a customer wants - best services, professional staff and detailed explanations. Being a newbie here, found my Go to salon now. Keep up the good work like this and all the very best ❤️🌷

Had the best first experience here today from booking to the end. Booked the appointment online with Emilia. I was offered lots of refreshments throughout the appointment and everyone there was just so lovely. I showed Emilia a photo of what I wanted and she managed to recreate the cut exactly how I wanted. She is such a natural and highly skilled professional. Will definitely booking all future appointments here and recommending to everyone. Thank you for such amazing and professional service, I love my hair!!

After having my hair done by Emilia she and another hairdresser (cannot recall name) booked me in for eyebrow threading on the following Saturday. They said they couldn't find that treatment on the system but assured me Chanel the beautician did threading. They said they would book eyebrow waxing but would put a note saying it was definitely threading that was required. When I arrived Chanel was very confused and said she wasn't confident doing threading and therefore didn't offer it. I saw Emilia in the salon and asked Chanel twice check with her as she had booked it for me. Chanel refused. She then checked the system and said that I had booked an eyebrow wax. This was not true. I have very fine eyebrows caused by medical treatment and never have waxing. The attitude was very dismissive. I was a 30 minute drive away that day and had organised a lift so it was a waste of an hour in total. I also needed that treatment for a wedding the following week and this left me 3 days to try and find somewhere else. I emailed the salon with my complaint but they did not have the courtesy to reply. I rang the salon on Monday and asked to speak to Yasmin the owner. The receptionist said she wasn't in but would send her a text asking her to ring me. She said if she didn't ring that day she would ring when it was convenient for me to which I replied before 10am on Wednesday as I had lots of appointments that week. I asked the receptionist to remove my personal details from the salon database as I would not be returning. Halfway through the conversation I was cut off. I have not had the courtesy of a call or an email. Very disappointing service and they have lost my trust.

Love getting my nails done at Maria Chales. Brooke makes my acrylic nails look amazing and they have so many choices in colour. They always last until my next appointment and the salon give that spa like vibe which makes you feel like you have had a nice pampering. 100% recommend.

I use this salon on a regular basis.The staff are really nice and friendly and make you feel relaxed.Tyler cuts and styles my hair and I’m always really happy to let him do what he thinks will suit me as I’ve got complete trust in him as he is an amazing hairdresser. I always leave feeling completely happy. All the stylists are very good at what they do .There are loads of different treatments to suit everyone and the salon has a great atmosphere.
