We were filming a couple of doors away, and although the food on set was good, we fancied a piece of cake and a cuppa one afternoon. So glad we'd noticed Marjorie's as we'd walked past one morning. It's a hidden gem, kinda tucked away behind the bus stop. All the cakes are homemade. Three of us ordered a cake each, two of us shared, and all three of us were impressed. If we'd been in the area longer, I'd have been straight back for breakfast and lunch. Next time there's an opportunity, I'll start by going back for breakfast!

Amazing place! The milkshakes are amazing and the cream melts in your mouth and it is so good. The music is fantastic and the place is very nice and cosy!! The cappuccino is so warm and good!

A group of ten of us had an afternoon tea here for a hen do - the food was fabulous and the staff so helpful and accommodating. It was a lovely experience.

A splendid and very small tea room with only a couple of tables. Delicious teas and cakes are in abundance and the breakfast is excellent. This place would do SO much better if it weren't hidden by a bus stop - so much passing trade never gets to discover it so if you're finding it through Google, don't miss it!

Had an afternoon tea here yesterday. It was absolutely lovely! Sandwiches and scones were so fresh, was great to be able to prebook choice of sandwich. Beautifully displayed and we couldn’t believe how much we ate. We will return! Thanks Marjorie’s

This is a beautiful little diner just by Tesco's car park (2hr) and the Firestation.
Excellent but small Menu 👌 with lovely food choices, including Gluten free 😋.
Great looking coffee ☕.
You can enter from the rear door 🚪 from the car 🚗 park.
Nice clean toilet with baby changing facilities.
Visiting on Saturday and there was plenty of room.
