I don't even know where to start! Mark has been beyond incredible in helping prepare and cater for our wedding. My husband and I wanted a blend of Brazilian and French cuisine to represent our different cultures at the wedding and Mark was more than willing to accommodate! It is not easy to find a caterer who is so flexible with what they can cook - but with Mark, nothing seems too much trouble! We are beyond grateful for all that he did for us, all whilst maintaining a calm and relaxed nature - much needed when planning a wedding! Mark was also able to support us with providing extra lighting for the wedding venue, a bar and general advice around how to organise our special day. We also had extra support setting up the day before and on the day to serve and help clear up. It took away a huge amount of extra stress. We felt in very safe hands with Mark, and the food was absolutely superb. Mark is no doubt an excellent chef, providing high quality food - we had so many compliments on the day and everyone was fully satisfied! I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and his team to anyone looking for a high calibre catering company, who is friendly, goes above and beyond your expectations and delivers on the day. We can't thank you enough Mark 🙂

Held an event for over 400 guests last week and had Mark's kitchen as our caterer. Mark was amazing at every step of the way, he took so much time to understand my event and helped me figure out the best menu.
The food on the night was delicious, the team served it up quickly - we had nothing but positive feedback from the guests!

It’s been a while since we enjoyed Mark’s Sunday lunch at Bristol and Clifton Golf Club, but it’s as excellent as ever. The menu has slightly changed but alongside roast (beef, pork or nut) with very flavoursome side dishes (red cabbage, creamed greens) there’s some good alternatives (fish with
Miso buttered potatoes and samphire, lasagne and prawn curry). Children can have a smaller roast, pizza, pasta or buttermilk chicken. Starters included charcuterie board (pictured), soup, smoked salmon or
prawns provencale. We didn’t have room for dessert but again there was enough interesting choices for all. The waiting staff are attentive and welcoming, and even as non-members we felt as welcome as golfers.
