I have just completed the 3-day tiny tattoo beginners course and have been absolutely blown away by the high level of support and expertise shown by Charlene.

I had a terrible experience recently with another Essex training provider and walked away without a qualification, with a significantly lighter pocket and my whole confidence shattered. Charlene and everyone at matrix have completely empowered me and have taught me the skills to carry forward and create a new career I feel passionately about.
