I am a 74 year old woman who is reasonably ok with computers but as I rarely have photos printed I forget how to do it. On the last 3 occasions I have been to the Morecambe shop, a very friendly, helpful young lady has come to my rescue. She sorted them for me whilst talking me through it, without being dismissive or patronising as so often happens. One of my orders was for 68 - 7 x5 prints. There was a long wait and I was able to watch her approach with others. Always pleasant, friendly, helpful and efficient. The young woman is called Emma and if you are lucky enough to be served by her it will be an extremely pleasant experience.

I forgot to pick up printed photos of family with frames I'd purchased. Worrying re their whereabouts I contacted Morecambe MS to be told childrens faces are blackened/ shredded for Safeguarding. Thank you so much for the reassurance.
