Terrible…Avoid!!! ….poor communication and inability to follow instructions and relay what was needed. Always too busy and never got call back or response to most calls or emails. In my humble opinion this firm is poor and added unacceptable stress and time onto situation. My opinion is go elsewhere to avoid real disappointment.

I can only give 5 stars, but I would like to give more. Mr Burnside (and the whole team) were professional, polite, and responsive during the handling of a complex probate issue during Covid. The probate was complex for a number of reasons, no valid Will, multiple hearsay versions of the Will, a challenge on the probate filing, and dealing with all of this remotely due to not being able to travel to Ballymena during Covid.

Thank you Mr Burnside and your team, you are amazing.
