The whole experience from start to finish was great. Liv is very knowledgeable, professional and really helps you relax and feel at ease. She really takes into account what your personal needs are, never pushy and talks through all the options with you. Great experience with Liv from start to finish. Made me feel really comfortable in my appointment, was really knowledgable about anatomy and the product being used. She’s the only person I’d go to for Botox now - would highly recommend.
