We stayed here the weekend just gone, we were in the area for a wedding and were extremely stressed about everything. The landlady was a delight from the get go, went above and beyond to make sure there were no stresses when it came to a place over our head for the night. The breakfast was delicious I wish I took a photo but instead I gobbled it down. There's also choices of toast and fruit to the side of the room if still hungry. Tea and coffee and juice were offered also. The bed was comfortable and the room was gorgeous. Waking up to see the beautiful horses pottering about too is a wonderful way to wake up. Absolutely recommend this b&b.

Location, a bit tricky, but had a wonderful stay. Owen and Pearl ,are wonderful hosts. Our double room was 1st class, with lots of extras, excellent value for money. Our breakfast was plentiful, and tasty. We highly recommend, and would come back again.

We stayed as a family of 4 in the caravan for two nights, as we were attending a wedding nearby.|Like any caravan, it wasn't hugely warm, but the heater in the living room did warm the communal areas, and the duvets on the beds were warm enough. Our first night we had no hot water as the gas had been switched off, which was a little unhelpful as I was in the wedding party and had to be at the venue early in the morning and could have done with a shower beforehand! The shower itself is bigger than most caravan showers, but awkward to make the right temperature. |The beds were surprisingly comfy, better than other caravans I've slept in! However, the dogs barking did hinder my sleep somewhat. |The caravan comes with bedding, a well stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with all essentials stocked; incredibly helpful, especially when we were packing. |The owners were charming, if a little disorganised. They were going away on holiday after our first night and we were left to report any issues to their daughter, and had to pay in advance which wasn't always prudent in problem resolution. It was by chance we had hot water as I bumped into someone on the way to the car - that was resolved almost instantly though.|Previous reviewers will be pleased to know that the accommodation now has a card machine to take payments.|Overall, on the whole the caravan was very functional and suitable for why we needed. it was so much potential; it could he amazing but it does need a bit of redecorating and TLC. It was a pleasant stay

We stayed here last weekend for one night, whilst doing a whistlestop tour of the Broads. We stayed in the African Themed room, which whilst small was perfectly adequate. The bathroom was lovely and big with plenty of complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was a typical Full English and freshly cooked. Friendly owners and pets made this a very pleasant stay.

Positive: Lovely quiet location. Loved the four poster room with separate bathroom. Breakfast was lovely. There is a snug downstairs by a log fire which looked amazing but i never had time to make use of it. Pearl was lovely.. Negative: Nothing..

A great space, it had everything we needed and was well priced for our low budget! Cooker and microwave were handy. Lovely garden and picnic bench too. Comfy beds, we all slept well! I would recommend it for groups of 4 or less.

Double Room with En-Suite||Overlooking the gardens, this African themed room offers an iron bed frame with an electric blanket and cast fireplace. It has an en-suite bathroom. The room also has storage space, a hairdryer, a table with a mini fridge, a kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities.||||On arrival I was disappointed to see this was a end of terrace property not quite what I expected.||Pearl met me at the door and told me a kettle was in the adjacent room for my use. I wondered why I would need it when I would have facilities in my room. Well there was none in the room. African theme the only thing I found was a coaster with zebra on it..||There was a table and two stools under the television, not sure why you would have these in a bedroom. Main light had 3 bulbs only working. Tv had no signal most of visit.Pearl explained the toilet was a saniflo and made a noise. It made a terrible noise and it was also activated when using the shower. There was a terrible smell from the plug in the basin when running water. No hot water in the evening but slightly warmer in the morning. Towels and bath mats in desperate need of replacing. All bedroom furniture mis matched and table mats placed in various places?..||I went downstairs to find the kettle and Pearl asked for payment, usually most places you pay on exit. She asked me if I wanted breakfast and if yes she needed to know then what I wanted. I decided to decline after seeing hygiene standards.||Kettle needed cleaning and I couldn’t see a tap so I asked where I got water. Pearl showed me two old milk cartons which contained the water. Teabags not in individual packets so anyone could touch them, fridge had owners food in it. This is not hygienic and considering COVID . The next morning I came downstairs to find nobody around and my receipt left on the table. I have never stayed anywhere , where the host is not in the property.
