Our stay here was perfect! The caravan was immaculate , very spacious and we slept very well. So peaceful and the views were fantastic, it was a great location for us to be able to tour around with a couple of supermarkets just 10 minutes away. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, we would definitely stay again

Me and my boyfriend always book with hoseasons for our staycation trips and this has been our furthest one yet (6+hrs away from home) but it was well worth it ! The lodge was gorgeous we stayed in a Jasmine lodge for a week it was 3 bedrooms and has a stunning deck and hot tub with an maxing view the living and kitchen area were so spacious . It was so clean and just the most perfect lodge we could’ve asked for , staff were super friendly and answered any questions we had and explained things on arrival perfectly even nearby sights . Location wise you have to drive but that was no issue for us as we drove down ourselves and were happy to drive to see the sights and get our shopping for the week which supermarkets were not far at all . There are lots to do on sight a shop , pool , cafe , nice walks and even animals which one chicken came and visited us lol . We couldn’t fault this place and will definitely will be back !

We travelled there last weekend for a family holiday with our 8 year old son. Cosy cabin was fine and comfy and the electric heater was very very warm as the weekend was cold. However, we didn't have any heating or hot water in the WC/ shower room. We reported the problem and a gentleman came to fix it but the hot water and heating never turned on. The shower room was freezing and the water was like ice ending up us not having a shower for 2 days as I can do ice cold shower with low temperatures and neither my 8 year old so we managed some washes using the kettle in the cabin and a bowl...|The website advertise animal petting on Saturdays and Sundays, when we got there, they told us wasn't any that Saturday and my son was really dessapointed as the website said clearly, petting on Saturdays at 4pm.|The cosy cafe was opened from 9am till 12pm so they didn't even serve lunches. .. |We managed to have some fun using playgrounds and we also had the dog so we improvised to make a nice weekend but we don't think we will be coming back.

The chalet was exceptional, everything you need, it seemed brand new, very very clean, modern, with a lovely hot tub, it was a pity it was out the front as there was no privacy and very windy but it was where the sun tried to be.
Nothing to do with meadow Lakes, but it was unbelievably windy at times, but I think it always will be as there are many wind turbines nearby lol but you did have lovely views all in all though very lovely stay

Lovely lodges, some with hot tubs. Unfortunately hot tubs seem to attract people who like to get drunk, play loud music when using hot tubs, during the day, evening and night. If you come for peace and quiet you might not get it. There are site rules, but they are not enforced.

Awful service. Caravans are not ready for the time of agreed arrival, so after a long journey we still have to wait for the "final checks". The place itself is located in the middle of nowhere. It's definitely overpriced.

We only stayed 2 nights as it was our first little family camping trip with a 2 year old and a 1 year old, but it was the PERFECT place to take them to introduce them to it. We didn’t need to leave the campsite there was so much to do. The soft play area was fantastic. We had such a laugh and our daughters loved it. The pool was great, really clean and relatively warm on a pretty chilly rainy September Saturday. reallly cosy cafe with very yummy hot food and cakes. A brilliant walk around some stunning lakes where we picked big juicy blackberries! And the roaming chickens, geese and guinea pig pen was a lovely touch. The play park was also incredible. It was massive and so well thought out. The whole campsite was well thought out and the bathrooms and showers were clean too! We were in such a fab location in our camper, right in the middle of everything and we had the camping area to ourselves which was a special touch. We will definitely be returning as we loved it so much. When I was a kid we used to camp a lot but we always had a favourite that we’d go back to every year and I think we’ve just found our new favourite that will be the location of many memories for our babies to come. Thank for you for a great stay and see you again!

Lovely, quiet and tranquil park set in the countryside. Caravan was excellent, really good standard and the staff were friendly. |Small cafe onsite which does great basic food and a small shop area selling essentials (and Rattler cider) in the reception.|Site definitely has a rural feel to it and is all the better for it. A fantastic getaway. We will certainly return.
