What a fantastic place. Great location with easy access to the beautiful town and the gorgeous Burghley House, Meadow View is a delight in itself. |Right from the start Mark was a great host - making us feel welcome and at home. |The house is stunning and the room was fantastic. The decor is a wonderful mix of old and new. And the shower - must be one of the best showers I have ever had!! ||Breakfast was fantastic and so well planned. ||Would highly recommend this place - one of the nicest places we have stayed at. ||Thanks for the hospitality.

Had stayed here before with the previous owner, The name on the door Isabella’s yard confused us slightly when we arrived but it is the same place. The owner Katie was away but allowed us to stay, very trusting leaving your house in the hands of strangers! Fantastic house, lovely garden with plenty of wildlife to watch, short walk across the meadows to the town, lovely comfy bed and choice of pillows, nice and quiet at night. |Thank you letting us stay x

We had a fabulous one night stay at Meadow View taking all 3 rooms. Mark was great to communicate with and made us feel welcome. ||Rooms were all immaculate, fabulous En-suites with powerful shower. Beds were comfy with quality linen. We loved the original artwork. Breakfast was served in our rooms due to Covid restrictions but was plentiful and delicious. ||I have already recommended meadow view to friends and family. ||Gorgeous all round visit, cannot wait to return.

This is the place to stay in Stanford. Best B & B we have ever experienced . Wanted for nothing. Complimentary drinks (Wine, Sherry and Soft drinks) in bedroom. Furnishings throughout the property are wonderful and tastefully chosen.
The bedrooms with ensuite very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was delicious and the buffet table was a work of art, so much so, that we had to take photos of it. The owner, Mark, was very attentive . 100% recommend.

Location was perfect, right in the centre of Stamford! The room was perfect, the shower was amazing and the nibbles and drinks left out were a lovely touch. The breakfast was cooked perfectly and we were spoilt for choice. Last but not least it came with an exceptionally friendly service, wonderful stay all round.

This is our second stay within the last month following lockdown. We felt really safe staying here given the current situation. The hotel is beautiful and was above all expectations. Mark went out of his way to ensure our stays were perfect and gave us advice on places to eat etc. Nothing was too much trouble and we would have no doubt in recommending others to stay here. We will definitely be back again soon.
