What an amazing find! Clive and Kate were great hosts, nothing was too much trouble with great advice on places to visit during our stay! The breakfast was great, cooked by Clive who serenaded us with snippets of Bowie! We had the best relaxed stay! Will definitely return!

What a great location. Comfortable bed and good sized room and facilities. Delicious breakfasts cooked by Clive using their own produce. Hosts Clive and Kate were really great and caring. Wonderful suggestions on what to visit and see. Really nice to chat with them. PS thanks for the egg. ❤️

We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend others to stay at this wonderful cottage. Clive and Kate were superb hosts who went out of their way to help us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. ||It is an ideal location for those considering visiting Bath as a bus stop is very close.

This is the second time I have stayed at Kate & Clive's cottage to enjoy their idyllic backwater little bit of heaven! As before, I was made to feel so so welcome, almost like home from home, but with the bonus of staying with oh so friendly helpful and accommodating hosts in a lovely quiet and peaceful rural setting!! The cottage stands in beautiful grounds occupied by a multitude of wild fowl together with chickens, a very friendly swan (well to Clive anyway), a pair of rheas (a sort of ostrich) and several small groves of tall exotic banana plants!! Lovely bedroom with en-suite and a generous breakfast rounds off a lovely experience. Thanks again for making me and Sarah so welcome guys - we will be back and hopefully soon! xx

My husband and I had a mini staycation at Meadowbrook Cottage - It was honestly the best experience. Clive and Kate are the friendliest & sweetest individuals. They were so attentive and served us a delicious breakfast. We even got a little meet & greet with the animals!! Thank you so much for your hospitality, we are so grateful and will definitely be booking the log cabin next time!!

Clive & Kate at Meadowbrook Cottage are lovely hosts who gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived for our 3 night break. |Our room was nice and comfortable with plenty of condiments that were refilled every morning. We had a brilliant view from our bedroom window of their well kept grounds and ducks, hens etc.|Clive serves a hearty breakfast which kept us going throughout the day.|We will definitely be returning for another visit.|Christine & David Bennett

This is a wonderful B&B. The king room was superb: clean, spacious, lovely bathroom with a very good shower. The bed was extremely comfortable with goose down pillows. The full English breakfast is highly recommended: generous and delicious!||||The owners Kate and Clive are very warm and welcoming and took care of our requirements. They also provided a wonderful tour of their small-holding taking in the landscape and different varieties of birds. We really enjoyed that experience. It is a good base for exploring Bath and the south Cotswolds.||||We intend on visiting the area again and we highly recommend this B&B.

Kate and Clive were very welcoming and we very much enjoyed our time at Meadowbrook. It was a very homely experience, we especially enjoyed seeing all the animals! Great location with easy bus link to Bath. We will definitely be back in the future.
