Stayed here last weekend with Just Go holidays. The hotel is budget and still needs some updating but the room and bed were comfy and clean. Food was excellent and the service too.

firstly a very big thanks to James/Di/Lisa and all the other staff for another excellent week this is the second year we have stayed at this hotel on our just go coach trip (Turkey and tinsel ) A very warm welcome on arrival rooms lovely and clean. Excellent breakfast each morning. Good variety of choice evening meals absolutely outstanding all table service where the staff were excellent. 100% Nothing was too much trouble good evening entertainment. value for money would recommend this hotel will be back again next year

Had 4nights here, it’s a budget hotel which is excellent value for money. Room was small but clean comfortable and warm. Staff were brilliant, friendly helpful and hard working. Happy to recommend.

If you like quirky places with a personality I’d recommend this place. Nice big garden with tables and chairs, an old school bar area and yummy breakfast in a beautifully laid out dining room. Even tho the communal areas are a little dated (which I love!) the actual bedrooms are modern, bright and clean. Allison checked us in and as soon as we met her she made us feel so welcome. She went above and beyond for us, we will 100% be back just to see her! What a fantastic lady!!

Lovely food and staff.also very clean although dated but a credit to the staff.food service was very fast and a good selection too . Location is excellent and very close to shanklin attractions so easy for anyone with walking difficulties would definitely stay again.

I came here with a coach trip, so many of us had to be accommodated at the same time but the small team at the hotel were prepared apart from at breakfast which was very slow. The hotel is dated and could do with a freshen up, it brought me back to the 80s. The staff work tirelessly between reception and the bar and will go out of their way for you. The entertainment was fun Fri-Sunday and got us up dancing especially Jules, who I loved. The hotel is located very close to all the amenities, which was fantastic. The thatched tea rooms highly recommend about 10 mins walk out to the left of the hotel. No lift if you have mobility problems so let the hotel know. Only thing I would suggest if keeping hairdryers in the rooms and toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel. Would I go back……. Absolutely yes, I had a great time
