From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. They made us feel right at home and couldn’t do enough for us. Every detail was taken care of, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The food was delicious, and the facial was amazing – my skin felt incredible afterwards. This spa really knows how to make you feel special. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax and unwind!

Booked a team Spa day today and couldn’t have been more delighted. The whole experience was incredible from the minute we arrived. The environment was warm and inviting with impressive luxury touches in every corner.

It's a beautiful building and the outdoor pool is lovely and warm. The infrared sauna is cooler than a traditional one and needed to be turned up. Fortunately the steam room was much warmer.
The indoor rooms are chilly, apart from the relaxation room which has a big log fire.
You'll need a fleece for your treatment to keep you comfortable.
The staff are friendly and welcoming.
It was a relaxing afternoon but let down by the lack of warmth.
The price was £20 more than on the website which was a surprise. Overall I was disappointed with the management's response to my concerns which was defensive rather than apologetic.

Can’t recommend Mayssa more! I booked for the full body massage and the time, attention and care she gave me was so warm and welcoming. A great price for the perfect treatment. Will definitely be recommending and coming back.

Had a lovely afternoon spa here. With the treatment included and a good platter (with more than enough food for 2) . Had the emerald package. Lovely young lady looked after us, and kept asking if we required anything. Drinks available. Water supplied. Fab time in sauna and steam rooms. Spa bath was available, only downside was the rotten weather, and as the spa is outside, we didn't spend a lot of time in there. Lovely hot stone massage by the same young lady. Felt really relaxed. Would highly recommend this little gem and will be returning for massage therapy again.

Barbara and her team are absolutely fantastic. Barbara was calm and inviting on our first consultation and made me feel at ease straight away. She really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about each and every customer. She educated me really well on my cyst/keloid scar and carefully treated me informing me of steps the whole way. This was after the NHS was unable to help me and she looked afrer me so well. I still very much look forward to seeing Barbara and catching up on each visit and I would 1000% recommend her and her team to everybody as the service and care I received was the best of the best! Thank you for helping me regain my confidence all!

An amazing experience from start to finish!
We celebrated a special birthday with excusive access to the spa. We selected the emerald package which included a welcome drink, treatment, sharing platter and the spa to ourselves.
The spa is beautiful - attention to detail is second to none - with spaces to relax and enjoy. The steam room and sauna were perfect and the tranquility pool was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of prosecco. We were fortunate with the weather, it felt like we could have been sitting somewhere abroad and it was the middle of October!
The treatments we had were amazing. The therapists were brilliant and made us all feel at ease and relaxed. They took care of us from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.
The platter of food was delicious and plenty, it arrived at exactly the right time. Barbara and her team went out of their way to make the birthday girl feel special. The only negative, was that we had to leave - we could have sat in the relaxation room all night.
We are busy planning a return journey and would love to make it a regular event. Nowhere can you get the exclusive spa access and the amazing hospitality for the price.
