Teresa was Superb!! My partner and I came for a getaway all the way from Bournemouth, and I stumbled across The Soul Spa’s page and Teresa. We loved her! Probably one of the best massages we got in a while. Teresa was very sweet, helpful, professional, and we loved her smile from the time we arrived. We had a back, neck and shoulder massage, she untied all the tensions nods we had! along with the complimentary pressotherapy, both great!! Highly recommend contacting Teresa and we surely will be back!

Teresa was fantastic and very accommodating. I had booked 3 consecutive massages for my sister, my dad and myself. She gave us complimentary massages while we waited, one lymphatic drainage device that you placed on your lower legs, and the other a head massage device.

I paid for the hour deep tissue massage which was perfect for some neck and shoulder issues I have been having. It also involved a bamboo stick method which is new to me but good for drainage in the rest of the body too. Thank you Teresa!⭐️

My sister and I had a fantastic time here. We both had a 30min back, neck and shoulder massage, but whilst we waited for the other to get massaged Teresa gave us a complementary pressotherapy treatment in our feet and calves, which is something I had never tried before. The whole experience was very relaxing and very enjoyable! Would definitely recommend Teresa's services! The oil smelt great, the room had a nice relaxing decor and she was really lovely!

Teresa was fantastic. Really knowledgeable and capable, she gave me a deep tissue massage I enjoyed a lot, and that is a rare find. Both my girlfriend and I booked in with Teresa for a hot stone massage. She went first and said her massage was amazing, and looked visibly satisfied and relaxed when she came out.
My hot stone massage turned into a personalised custom massage including deep tissue and bamboo techniques because Teresa noticed I had a lot of tension that needed to be released. My experience was amazing. Highly reccomend Teresa. Thank you!

I had a back massage with Teresa—she's lovely and very professional! My back was hurting a lot, and now I feel so much better. I've had many massages in the past, but nothing like the experience I had at this beautiful place, with hot stones and so many other wonderful touches! The sensation was amazing, and the atmosphere was perfect and the soft music, I even fell asleep 😍

I had an amazing experience today with Teresa and her team! My husband booked us a spa day for my birthday as a surprise gift and it was amazing! She also did a complementary birthday dessert for me in the end which was truly overwhelming!

We booked a couples’ massage on the same day. Teresa was very kind and accommodating; she is highly skilled and demonstrated it from the very start. We had a one-hour full-body massage and a one-hour facial treatment/massage, all for £110 per person—an incredibly fair price. Lovely atmosphere, highly recommended!
