Really easy to deal with, same day purchase and delivery. Spencer gave really good info on maintenance and got it all set up for us. We got a great hot tub for a good price with no messing around. Also added bonus was that they give a 6 month warranty. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

We sold a hot tub to Mega spa, and I think the first part of their company name sums them up because the 2 fellas (Spencer & Terry) were MEGA . Lol.
Spencer gave us an estimated time they would arrive, he messaged us when they were 40mins away. As soon as they arrived they got on with sorting the area round the hot tub to beable to remove it. They removed a fence panel and concrete Base panel, within the hour the tub was on the back of the lorry, fence/base panel back in place. You wouldn't even know they had been, everywhere was left perfect.
We was offered the asking price and the money was transferred into our bank before they left the property.
We were so impressed by the professional, efficient , competent,friendly service Mega Spa provided.
Spencer and Terry did an amazing job, two really nice men.
we would definitely recommend them. Thanks.

Absolutely Brilliant - They did a great job getting the spa in - very difficult install and they worked tirelessly to get it in.
Returned the following day and by the time i got home from work it had been filled and was ready for use.

Spencer offered a fair price to buy our hot tub and arranged to collect from Leeds promptly. Communication was good throughout, the team were friendly and took the tub away with no fuss, with payment on collection. Would recommend if you're looking to sell!
