Had my hair done by Honor and couldn't be happier! I cannot recommend her enough. This was my first time having my hair dyed and Honor made me feel completely at ease. She knew exactly how to give me the perfect dimensional brunette, how to work with my thick hair, and the most gorgeous blowdry afterwards. She made something that could’ve felt quite daunting feel so fun, exciting and confidence boosting. The service at the salon is always wonderful, very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I have been coming to Melanie Richard’s since they opened their own salon. They are a great friendly team. Nothing is too much trouble and will always offer the best advice for what you’re after. I recently had Richard and Honor undertake my bridal hair and for my four bridesmaids. Our hair was still perfect at the end of the day.
Today I was seen by honor for a colour, cut and blowdry. Super friendly and bubbly, a lovely catchup and left with super soft shiny hair as always. She is fantastic and I trust her completely!

Been looking for a Salon for a while and came across Melanie Richards hair & beauty about a month ago, had my hair cut there and have done some hair treatments a couple of times, felt so comfortable with the staff and team there that I decided to do my hair.

Had my hair done by Keira it was a complete transformation came in at 9am and left at 4:30 im in love with my new hair, not only the color but it feels healthy and nice!
She was amazing and explained everything that I asked 🤎✨

I initially visited Melanie Richard's as a one off before a special occasion back in June. I was so impressed that I haven't looked back, and I have been going ever since.

I have my nails done by Alice who is just wonderful. Her precision and attention to detail are such that I wouldn't have my nails done anywhere else. The same can be said for Jess who does my HD brows. She always does an amazing job and I enjoy catching up with them both whenever I am in the salon.

I have my hair done by Lorna who did an amazing job taking me from a bob to a pixie cut. She's always suggesting new and exciting things to do with my hair and I get so many compliments on it.
