Our family vacation started off right as we checked in to this great hotel! The service from everyone we encountered was top notch and the food was outstanding! From the Level breakfast buffet to the happy hour, it was all magnificent. And then we had dinner at the hotel restaurant Arado and it too was spectacular. Our server Alston was attentive and made sure we were very well taken care of. Food was also amazing, try the seafood paella, you won’t regret it! Overall, a wonderful experience and sure to return.

The hotel is worth the price. And employees are very helpful and friendly. But If I would leave that aside, the cleanliness of the room is moderate. Because I can see dust everywhere, on telephone on tissue box , plus the isolation is very weak that I can hear the car wheels moving outside and the cleaning process in the other room. Their breakfast is excellent and I have had it delivered in my room for extra 5 pounds.

We stayed at the Meliá White House while visiting London, after a LONG day of sightseeing, this was a convenient dinner option. We went near closing, but that didn’t bother our wait staff, Alston. He was incredibly attentive and ensured we had a pleasurable dining experience. I was STARVING so we got the Paella for two (42£), artichoke appetizer (12£), and artisan bread (5£). The appetizers were delicious with elegant presentation. Alston then served our Paella and it was amazing!!! Chef Oliver made sure to cook it with love although we were near closing time. The Paella for 2 was definitely enough for my partner and I. The portion was unexpectedly huge. Overall, this place had an elegantly modern atmosphere and tasted phenomenal!

The Melia White House was a great base for my recent London trip. The hotel has a wonderfully modern and stylish design. With the glorious weather, the hotel's subtle resort-like atmosphere made me feel I'd been transported to a Spanish getaway.||My room was compact, but comfortable for a solo traveller. Only minor issue was the absence of an iron, but a quick call to housekeeping had one delivered to my door promptly.||The location is superb, in a very pleasant part of London right next to Regent's Park. It's well-connected, with numerous transport links nearby, and Euston station is also within easy reach. I took advantage of the readily available Lime bikes to explore the city and avoid the hot Underground.||Breakfast was a decent offering with the usual favourites, including a Spanish Omelette.||Every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. As a Melia Gold member, I don't think I got an upgrade (maybe that's not to be expected?) but was treated to some little cakes and fruits in my room.

Excellent food at the Arago restaurant in Melia. Alston provided great service. We had paella and salmon and beef cheeks. They were all very delicious. We also received extra attention and complimentary drinks with our paella. What a wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

Review of Meliá White House Hotel, London

Overall, a pleasant stay at Meliá White House. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and breakfast is a real highlight—plenty of variety and good quality.

The room is nicely decorated and feels modern, but it tends to get quite warm. Even with the air conditioning on full, it didn’t cool down much, which makes me wonder how comfortable it will be during the summer months.

The shower is fine, but there’s no ventilation, which is a drawback—especially since the toilet is located inside the shower space. A bit more airflow would make a big difference.

Great service and breakfast, but the room temperature and ventilation could use some attention.

We had a lovely stay at The Level at Meliá White House. Actually, two lovely stays wrapped around a weekend in Paris. The first week was in a Junior Suite, a good sized room on the second floor with a couch, and a very comfortable king sized bed. Upon our return we were in a Premium Room on the fourth floor, a little smaller than the Junior Suite but cozy with an equally comfortable king sized bed. Both rooms were very good.

Staying in The Level at Meliá White House includes access to a daily free breakfast buffet, with a wide array of delicious options, an omelet bar, and other items such as eggs benedict and pancakes made to order. You also get access to free soft drinks all day, and from 5:30 to 6:30pm the lounge is open for free cocktails, wine, and tapas. All of these options were much better than typical hotel fare.

Where this hotel really excels is with service. Everyone we encountered throughout our stay was lovely, from reception and the concierge to the porters and housekeeping. Over the length of our visit it felt like the staff had gotten to know us a little bit, and were always kind and outgoing.

The location was fantastic as well, a short walk to many points of interest, and near a wide range of underground and bus stations. It was easy to get anywhere in London we wanted to go.

I would recommend The Level at Meliá White House without hesitation, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

We recently stayed at the Meliá White House and had a very good experience. The hotel is well located and comfortable. Our room was great, spacious, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, perfect after a long day exploring London. The Level service was a highlight, we truly enjoyed it. Breakfast was varied and high-quality, with something for everyone. A special mention to Silvia Muñoz, who was absolutely lovely: kind, attentive, and very professional. She made us feel very welcome, and thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable.

As a small point for improvement, the half board menu could offer more variety, especially for longer stays.

We would definitely come back!
