These amazing guys did all our wedding catering. From start to finish they made our day seamless. The 3 course wedding meal was incredible, so many guests saying it was the best wedding meal they had ever had. Canapés were delicious and so much choice. All beautifully presented, we really could not fault them. The evening food was amazing too, again lots of comments from our guests on both taste, quality and presentation. I would without doubt recommend Memories Catering, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Wayne and Kyle for all your hard work. So good our wedding venue have now included Memories Catering as a preferred caterer for couples in the future ⭐️

Wayne and Kyle and all the team at memories Catering were absolutely amazing at not only catering our wedding but also helping me plan the whole day. From the endless amounts of emails, phone calls and questions I asked them over the 9 months to all the fine details on the day of the wedding.

We decided to book our wedding at The Courtyard with memories catering really because of how passionate and flexible Wayne was. He really understood what we were trying to achieve on our wedding and was happy to work with us to create a bespoke menu. We wanted a really chilled wedding with canapés, a grazing table feast and homemade pizzas in the evening. This was no problem for the team and they went above and beyond at making it as special as possible.

We had so many compliments at how amazing the food was for weeks after the wedding and people loved the fact they could eat as much as they wanted and it was really fresh and summery.

I can't recommend the guys enough. They are super calm and collected, help wherever and whenever they can and really made the day run smoothly. Thank you everyone at memories catering

I just can’t say thank you enough to Wayne and the entire team for the most incredible wedding catering service. Wayne was truly a pleasure to work with from the moment we first made contact, with quick communication he really listened to how we wanted our wedding to be. He is so personable and he really cares, going above and beyond at every opportunity. We were honestly blown away. The food on the day was exquisite, from the canapés to the wedding breakfast. Our guests commented on how delicious the food was, and the service was equally exceptional. Every small detail we had asked for came true, and the team made it look effortless. I just couldn’t recommend Wayne and the team at Memories more if I tried. You will not regret hiring them, they made our wedding day run perfectly, leaving us with the most special of memories. I honestly don’t know where to start. Wayne is the most passionate and wonderful man. I sent my wedding/theme/decor/vibe to him and he instantly got it, suggesting the most delicious food all served on wooden platters in banquet style and I loved it!! The communication throughout has been amazing, I haven’t once worried about the catering and knew that Wayne had absolutely everything covered. On to the day itself, Wayne and his team were there the day before to set up and support and help us with everything. On the day, we were all bought teas and coffees to the bridal lounge which was so thoughtful.
Now to the food….. Oh. My. Gosh. THE MOST DELICIOUS FOOD EVER. We went for Brie parcels to start which were cooked to perfection and a firm favourite of ours. Then slow cooked pork, beef brisket, duck fat roasties, winter honey veg, delicious gravy, stuffing and of course some fresh rolls. I can’t explain how good the food was and all of the guests haven’t stopped complimenting it. Now the puddings … a trio of deserts, I don’t like Eton mess but I loved this Eton mess!! Toffee cheesecake and brownies - literally I popped the clasp on my wedding dress because I had to eat everything, because it was so delicious!!
Of course there is more to it than the food! The staff and the service all massively matter and this didn’t disappoint either.
The whole memories team are friendly, efficient and professional. Our 50 guests were all served hot, delicious food with smiles and kindness, every course was out to everyone with minutes. I just can’t rate this whole company higher - if I could give them a million stars ⭐️ I would.

We recently used Memories to provide a fully bespoke catering service for our wedding of c. 120 guests. What we loved about Memories is that we were not confined to any predetermined menus, and as such each course was designed exactly to our tastes.
Wayne and the team were super professional and were an absolute pleasure to work with at all times.
Wayne in particular was cool and calm, especially during the lead up to the day, this really helped to put us at ease; at no point did we have any stress about the catering!
The food on the day of the event was exceptional, we had so many compliments from our guests who thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful.

My daughter and son in law booked Memories Catering for their wedding on 4th April. What can I say, the food was absolutely delicious and plenty of it. Everyone at the wedding said how wonderful the food was. Thank you so much to Kyle and the team and to Wayne too who unfortunately was unable to be there on the day. Absolutely fabulous caterers and I would highly recommend.

Choosing Memories Catering was one of the best decisions we made when getting married. The team were amazing at delivering exactly what we wanted for our special day. Wayne was amazing with us and was in contact right the way through the planning process on emails and through phone calls to ensure everyone was catered for. There was brilliant food options for vegans, vegetarians and any other dietary requirements. Wayne was really personal and made us feel prioritized and special. All the food and service was of the highest quality and everyone who attended the wedding said that the food was amazing.
