What a fantastic place. Lovely rooms, like little self contained annexes. Room was lovely and warm when we walked in. Comfy beds, adequate sized bathroom. Great location for a night's stay before an early flight from Bristol airport. |Only downside, the kitchen shut at 7pm, so we had to eat a little earlier than planned. |Would definitely recommend and I will definitely use this place again.

We enjoyed the New Year event last year, so returned in 2024 with friends. Accommodation was excellent - spotlessly clean, warm, good shower and comfortable beds. Plenty of tea bags and coffee sachets. The entertainment and catering was very good - my dietary requirement couldn’t be met by the standard buffet, and on speaking to one of the waitresses, the chef came out and asked if I would be happy with a gluten free nut roast, it was brought to my table very soon after and was delicious. I felt this was above and beyond and will definitely return. Breakfast next morning was also excellent. We will keep returning. Thank you Mendip Spring 😊

We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival. The room was great and toasty warm for a December night.
Our food was served quickly and looked good and was tasty.
An ideal location for Bristol airport, only about 15 minutes drive away.
Will definitely be back.

We had a great stay here at the golf club, the rooms were lovely and the beds were stunning to sleep on. The food was excellent and the service we received was also amazing. There is also EV charging which is one of the reasons we chose to stay here as I was doing an airport run early hours so we decided to have a few days stay out of it. The only problem we had in room 20 was the WiFi was terrible there and the younger children were most put out but apart from that slight problem it was a great stay. Thankyou!

Warm welcome from all the staff. Lovely bedroom , great value and very cosy heating . Delicious home made lasagne in the bar/restaurant

We stayed here 1 night. Me my wife and sister in 2 rooms last night.|It was reasonably priced compared to what was around.|We were visiting Tyntesfield, Clevedon Pier and SS Gt Britain and most definitely are not golfers.|So we expected the bar to be noisy - and it was.|The rooms however were lovely. Spotless and comfortable. Had a good sleep till someone left early hours, slammed a car door and set off an alarm as they left that warbled for ages!|We booked our stay to include breakfast so we turned up and golfers were already teeing off and using the bar/ cafe.|The reception guy was busy on his phone and when he finished he greeted us but left us hanging as call came in.|Asked if we wanted coffees then served us and wanted £9,50. I told him we had a bed and breakfast package but we were told we had ordered only a big breakfast and that was it. No cereal, juices or coffee. |Not happy but tbh the breakfast of 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 eggs,2 hash browns, toms, mushroom and toast was lovely.|So bear in mind this is a golf club with rooms and all will be good. A hotel its not.

The fire alarm went off in the evening and early in the morning twice. We called reception all 3 times and no-one answered. We were annoyed because a good night's rest was something we really look forward to as parents to young children at home and this was my night off. Wr attended my friends birthday party here, the venue for a party was quite good and food was nice. Staff were friendly when we dis see them but just annoyed that no-one apologised when I mentioned the fire alarms the next day. Room was very basic but we did expect that for the low price. Tv was tiny as was the bed. Nice to be able to park right outside the room. We will not return as we did not get good rest. Big shame.
