Went in for a cut and style recently and had the most lovely experience. My hairstylist Jack was friendly, warm and professional. He listened to the kind of cut I was looking for and I absolutely loved how it turned out! The other staff I interacted with were also very personable, offering me a drink on arrival and I had a very pleasant complimentary scalp, neck and shoulder massage from the young lady who shampooed my hair. Overall no complaints and would recommend to a friend!

The entire experience was perfect. The location is great and the building itself is very impressive. More impressive is what happens inside. The design of the Salon and Spa feels very authenticate and classy. The people are also very welcoming and all greet with you a smile. I then had my massage and felt very relaxed from the offset. The ambiance was great, as was the massage, especially for the modest price I paid. I actually fell asleep for a moment. I will definitely be going back as it was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of work and life in general.

Jack has been doing my hair for years and each time (colour and cut), I'm so impressed with what he has done. He also did my wedding hair last year, which was absolutely beautiful! He blended a colour to match in with the hair extensions that he also cut and styled and so many people passed comment on what a brilliant job he had done. Everyone is so friendly there, too. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

please please please if you get the chance book in with Elizabeth!! if you’re blonde she honestly works so much magic! she did everything i asked for AND more, honestly am so in love with my highlights and have seen such a big difference from my previous colour! she is so talented with colour and has truly made my hair lift amazing! she’s super friendly, so chatty and genuinely such a lovely girl 🙂 also definitely recommend jack, he blow dried my hair amazingly and was honestly the sweetest! i have tried a couple of the main hair salons in exeter and meraki is truly by far the best one, and they use products which are so natural and beautiful for your hair! thank you so much to the meraki team for such a delightful experience! i will definitely be returning 🙂 xxxx

Easily the best experience AND results from the salons I have been a customer of! I went from jet black to light blonde and Jack did it perfectly to how I wanted it. As for my experience, the salon smells nice and very soothing. The massage chair was a great bonus as well.

What an amazing salon ! I get anxious trying new places but my hair dresser Shauna was lovely very friendly and chatty and I instantly felt comfortable . My hair is a gorgeous blonde colour and it’s soft and smells amazing . Highly recommend coming here I have already booked for my second appointment. You always get offered drinks through the whole appointment with amazing complimentary biscuit xx
