Spread across a big area in Daventry, this hotel is easy to find with plenty of parking spaces. The reception area is very spacious with friendly staff. The rooms were reasonably spacious, and bathrooms clean. There is a good bar and dining area in the ground floor. We attended a function in the banquet hall, which was great too! There is also a leisure centre with a small pool and a gym. The breakfast was very good. Overall, we enjoyed the stay there.

We used Mercure as our recommended place to stay for our wedding being held locally and they did not disappoint. The staff were all SO lovely, the managers all introduced themselves to us, made sure we had everything we needed and were so accommodating. They didn’t even get that annoyed when my stupid drunken friend started playing music ridiculously loudly in the lobby when we got back, just politely asked us to turn it off (sorry about that by the way). The rooms are big, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Thank you all at Mercure Daventry Court for making our special week/day so enjoyable!

Came for a 2 night work visit, plenty of parking, great for a van, staff all friendly and hotel was very nice. Room well equipped and comfortable. Food lovely especially the beef brisket n mash. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and nothing too much trouble for the staff.
Only 10 min walk from Daventry country park. Definitely would stay again. Thank you

Very nice hotel. Good rooms, well furnished, and with sufficient amenities. Good breakfasts. Polite staff.
Plumbing maintenance could be a little better. Room staff and reception staff should pay particular attention to this after each guest leaves. They should call the plumbing team straightaway to resolve any problems that guests have reported, or that they themselves have noted. Quick and effective action is needed for that.
Follow what i recommend, then next time I'll give you 10 out of 10. This time I'll give you only 8 out of 10.

I can only review this location against the services I received. I was attending the hotel for a conference so the only interaction with the staff was on arrival and at lunch. The staff were all polite and helpful. The lunchtime food was plentiful, and tea and coffee were offered at each break period, though I will say the coffee was some of the worst I've tasted, but that's the brand, not the hotel.

The lady in reception was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was quite nice. Enjoyed the breakfast. I did have the cleaning lady come into my room on the day I was checking out though, my check out was 12pm and she came through my door between 10:45-11am which I didn't expect. Other than that my stay was very nice.

Lovely conference and event venue, but extremely surprised to receive a parking fine even though I'd filled in my car's details on arrival. I've appealed and hope they will drop it.
