Stayed for one night for Valentines day. Hotel is such a lovely friendly atmosphere and the staff go above and beyond. Tom at the bar is a credit to the company and one of the best bar staff around. Jade in events was amazing and such a big help in surprising my partner for a special occasion. Everyone is always friendly. The hotel itself was clean, food was lovely. had a very pleasant stay

This is my first time at this hotel and we were greeted on reception by Layla.
She was first class from start to finish, she was kind humorous and gave us all the information we needed. In the evening we were served by Holly at the bar, she was great fun and made us feel really welcome. This hotel is made by the staff they have. Keep the good work, looking forward to our next visit.

Made very welcome right from the start even though we were not sure whether my eye treatment would require an overnight stay or not, depending on whether I could recover in time to travel home that evening. But we did decide to have early dinners in the restaurant and were well looked after as the only guests so early in the evening; meals were good value, the pizza was enormous and we were not charged for tea! In the event, we decided to stay overnight and were upgraded to a decent sized room which was warm, comfortable and quiet (except in the evening and morning when the corridor and room above were a bit noisy, but not unusually so).

I had booked a meeting room and room to stay for work and have to say the staff and venue are great.

Amanda was fantastic. She looked after us throughout that two days during our meetings, ensuring we were fully stocked of drinks and were as comfortable as possible.

Layla on reception was also very friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome for my stay.

Such a nice hotel!! Car park is available, they also have a restaurant and a little bar. You can call a taxi straight at the reception, cos they have a phone who is connected straight to taxi Company!! Service is great, rooms are essential but clean and inside there is everything you need. I really appreciate the complimentary drink if you don't want to change your towels and prefer to be green. Also is very nice the welcome envelope and the little present, you will find near the the television! Recommended!

This Hotel is such a wonderful retreat. Great greenery and relaxing environment. Excellent staff and Service, the Management under Frasers leadership are on top of things. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a home away from home.

Every staff member I have encountered has been nothing but lovely and welcoming. I feel safe and so happy staying at this hotel. The food is delicious and the bed is super comfy. I appreciate and have so much gratitude for everything they have done

I stayed in the hotel for one night as a convenient stop over. It was reasonably priced and close to Tunbridge Wells but what truly impressed me was the staff. Every single person, from reception to bar and restaurant, was incredibly friendly, professional and went out of their way to be helpful. Personal touches such as a hand written welcome card and some chocolate, plus a waiter who heard me say my phone battery was low and Id not brought a charger who then found me one to use, made this a great experience which some more expensive /high end hotels could learn from. Thank you all.
