I've been here a couple of times now and the food is delicious! Perfect for a light lunch ,ice cream, cream tea or all day breakfast. Seating inside and out , lovely location just off the beach and by the lake.

Lovely little break from the rain on a Sunday afternoon.

Very nice scrambled eggs on toast and a chai latte and a friendly atmosphere. Dog friendly and my over friendly dog was welcomed by all guests.

Decent cafe, well located within the entry to the park.

Parking may be a challenge in sunnier or busier times

We haven’t been for years but this place has doubled in size but the food and friendliness have remand the same. Lovely to catch up with the owner.

A nice cafe to buy a coffee very friendly staff. So lovely to take a walk around the lake. There are plenty of benches to sit on to enjoy the surroundings. Great for all ages a really nice park.

Have been multiple times, some members of staff are rude and blunt. I sat outside to feed my 1 year old son and a young member of staff stood around 1 meter away smoking taking selfies on her phone. Completely oblivious that I was sitting there. Then continued to smoke next to the outside order bay, once finished just threw her cigarette butt on the ground even though an ashtray was present and a bin further away. Another member of staff came out to smoke and walked right out the way so it’s not all staff.

Hired out the Cafe for an evening function and was perfect for late summer outdoor rounders, drinks and dancing. David and team worked hard to cook lots of food and kept it going throughout the night. Perfect venue for private functions and we will use again for follow up group social events .
