We were recommended this B&B by a close friend, so we decided to visit for a long weekend. I have to say it was a great recommendation. What a fantastic place and Stuart and Lesley the host are extremely nice they make you feel like friends not guests. The venue is a converted bard and my word what a conversion, its absolutely fabulous, fitted out in oak with a stunning staircase and panelling. Our room was also stunning with a large metal frame bed and an equally stunning en-suite, a roll top bath and separate shower. Again the wood theme throughout, the room tray was just great, different teas, coffee and chocolates! ||It may seem to be in the middle of nowhere but it is only a few minutes to Haworth and Skipton. We had a great time and will be going back.||Seriously you will struggle to find a nicer venue and hosts.

My husband, our dog and I visited for two nights and had an absolutely fabulous time. It was just like visiting family or friends- Stuart and Lesley are so welcoming and lovely! The place itself is like a beautiful hunting lodge, with old and new features seamlessly integrated into a beautiful barn conversion home. We had a lovely time and will be recommending it to friends for sure. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, homemade fruit salad made fresh every morning and Yorkshire honey to boot! Thank you Stuart and Lesley.

My husband and I have just had a two night stay at this fantastic B&B! It is set in a beautiful location in the middle of nowhere with outstanding scenery! The room was beautiful with lovely bed linen and lovely white fluffy towels and complimentary fluffy gowns and slippers. Everything had been thought of! Breakfast was more than plentiful and lots of choice. This B&B is completely underated and has been the best B&B I have stayed in for a very long time! I wish we had more time there!

Really beautiful building with great rooms and lovely hosts. Stayed for one night during the Tour de Yorkshire and was really looked after with tea and cake on arrival, perfectly clean room with plenty of chocolates, tea and coffee in the room, and a spotless bathroom with a nice shower. ||I had a full English breakfast in the morning which was up there with the best whilst my girlfriend had scrambled eggs on toast which she said was easily the best scrambled eggs she'd ever had. ||I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to explore the Bronte Country. It's only a short drive from Haworth and other villages and very easy to find with a satnav. ||Couldn't find a single fault with our stay. A bargain!

We have stayed in a number of locations and residences and this was such a memorable ,personal experience. ||The magnificent barn is close to the hustle and bustle of Keighley , a walk away from picturesque villages and within rolling distance of a cosy pub!. The location cannot be faulted and has so much to offer.||Our room was splendid and equipped with everything we needed -and more! Such luxury!.||Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice and huge portions.||The icing on this beautiful cake had to be the hosts; Stuart and Lesley could not do enough for us. They let us leave our transport and belongings whilst we set off walking ( with a packed lunch kindly supplied by Lesley). Their kindness and friendly approach was second to none; not too overbearing but certainly there as and when needed.||Definitely would stay here again and certainly recommend to others . Thank you so much! x

As per all other reviews, this B&B is of excellent quality with a 'wow' from first opening the door. If quality and country style is your thing then this is for you. The B&B is set in the countryside but towns of Keighley, Skipton and beyond are easily accessible. Some nearby pubs offer great food. Hosts are wonderful and very accommodating. Would stay here again.

We stayed here at Middle Slippery Ford Barm 2014 and thoroughly enjoyed it. On returning last weekend to celebrate our Mum's birthday we were pleased that standards were just as high as last time and everything was perfect in each and every luxury detail. wow, not everywhere you stay lives up to your expectations but Middle Slippery Ford Barn goes beyond that, on our arrival we were greeted with tea and cake by Lesley and Stewart who were the perfect hosts. The attention to detail in this magnificent barn conversion was mind blowing, your eye is drawn to one thing after another, the oak staircase, the the iron chandelier hung from the high ceiling, the art work, fresh flowers etc. Our room was beautifully furnished, the welcome tray had everything you wanted and more, wine and chocolates alongside the tea ,coffee and biscuits. The bathroom was gorgeous with a roll top bath and a separate huge shower, I felt very indulgent sipping on a glass of wine while taking a bath and then wrapping myself in the fluffy bathrobe.||The skylight! I tend to sleep with my eyes shut so it didn't bother me at all.|| I can't fault the place, I just wish Lesley and Stewart had organised better weather for us, maybe next time
