First time visiting Mike & he made me feel at ease immediately. Really lovely space that has been created for his clients. The sports massage was amazing as a runner I feel tightness in most areas. Mike was fantastic. I have suffered with a bad back for some time. It has stopped me from running. Mike knew all the spots that were painful. I feel battered and bruised today after the massage but I know it will feel good tomorrow. He has given me some exercises to strengthen my glutes and tips for warm up before I start running. I know I will be going back to Mike for another massage and a PT session.

Absolutely brilliant massage, I suffer with neck problems through over-training. Mike alleviated my neck problems and gave me some stretches to help prevent them going forward. Left me feeling flexible and really relaxed. If you need help with a sports injury or just need to relax your muscles I would certainly recommend him.

I'm prepping for an over 55 bodybuilding show and everytime I try to get around to a sports massage during prep.
I train twice every day and work so it's hard but being older I was determined to find a decent sports therapist.
Had my first session today and it was great, Mike listened to my other issues/injuries and done a great job of easing up the tension that builds around my neck back and shoulders during prep.
Already organised another two sessions before the show.
