My partner and I were married here on December 23rd 2024. We booked a week's stay in Corncott and stayed over Christmas. |Meg was our wedding planner and helped us organise our perfect elopement. We loved every second of it! It was so romantic and just perfect for us! We married in front of the roaring fire in the summer house. The registrars who conducted our ceremony were so lovely and met us prior to our marriage at our accommodation. We felt very at ease. |Our accommodation was stunning and immaculately clean and we enjoyed every second we spent in Millbrook Estate. All the little extras like the cake, bread and welcome card and letter were such a lovely touch and very much appreciated by us both. |The bed was extremely comfortable and had a sumptuous mattress topper. We opted for feather pillows which made for a very comfortable night's sleep. The bath in the bedroom was a wonderful added feature with stars twinkling in the ceiling. Fluffy towels were provided which were large and snuggle. Towelling robes were also provided and were large in size. |The grounds of the estate are breathtaking too. We enjoyed walking around and following a trail through the wooded area. It really is a magical place to be. ||We have booked a short stay to visit in December this year to celebrate our 1st anniversary. My husband and I cannot wait to visit again. | Thank you so much to Kate, Bob, Meg and the Millbrook team. We couldn't have had a more perfect wedding and honeymoon.

We went to Millbrook Estate for our elopement wedding on the 6th September 2024. We had a lovely time there and we would like to thank just a few of the people who helped to make a rainy day a special day for us . Meg our wedding coordinator was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Maria Broome was our Photographer for the day and she took some great shots of us, Justine Wood who supplied our afternoon tea. also a big thank you to the Registrars, Keith Lacey-Nichol who played the Bag Pipes so wonderfully and Lucie Who gave her mother away and Debra who was our ring bearer and best friend..

We eloped at Millbrook in December and we had an amazing time. The grounds and accommodation are lovely, fab walks on our doorstep with the pooch. ||We stayed in Lakeview, and were blown away by how nice it was, in particular the special touches that make walking in the door so lovely - smell of fresh bread, homemade cake, music playing, little welcome cards for us and the dog. ||We were both pretty nervous about our big day, but there was no need, everyone we came across were so friendly, Meg took great care of us on the day (& in the lead up), Bob gave us a call on our first night to say hi and check we were all good, Maria our photographer was amazing ensuring we felt at ease and took so many beautiful pictures, we had a fab afternoon tea by Nomad Dining. We can’t rave about everyone enough - THANK YOU. ||Millbrook is a very special place, and the people, the grounds, the accommodation gave us a fantastic wedding day and lovely holiday, we can’t wait to return. |

Millbrook will always be so special to us, we married in July 2023 and had the most amazing time and I could not have dreamed of a more perfect wedding and venue. ||On arrival we were speechless with how beautiful the estate is, and that carried on as we entered our accommodation. ||We had a 4 night stay in Lakeview and loved the additional touches, a wedding sign, mr and Mrs mugs to use during our stay, homemade cake, freshly made bread - every addition was carefully thought about. We could not have wanted for more in Lakeview, everything was to such a high quality and the housekeeper clearly does such an amazing job - thank you! ||Our wedding day was so magical and we felt very lucky that Meg was our coordinator. Nothing was too much trouble and her warmth instantly made me feel calm yet excited for the day ahead. We did not need to think of a thing on the day because Meg was already ahead of us! ||The online welcome pack prior to leaving was so helpful and answered all questions we may have had and the downloadable app made it so easy to refer back to. ||Although we did not have the opportunity to meet Kate and Bob we would like to thank them for opening their beautiful estate, everything about our stay was perfect and we will be back to visit. ||Have to mention the animals on site who make the stay that little bit more special. We loved feeding the chickens and found it highly amusing that they would run the length of the field to get to us, we were greeted each morning by Willow the cat who would come for walks around the estate - as a cat lover it felt like a dream. We also loved getting the chance to meet the alpacas on our walks.

Our weekend stay at the Millbrook Estate was truly exceptional, and we were thoroughly impressed by the meticulous attention to detail displayed by the hosts, Bob and Kate. The small touches made our experience truly memorable.||The accommodation was nothing short of fabulous and the grounds were beautiful which helped to make for a completely relaxing break.||What set our stay apart was the thoughtful consideration for our four-legged companions. Bringing our two dogs was a joy, as they were exceptionally well-catered for, adding an extra layer of comfort to our visit.||Bob and Kate have truly created a haven for those seeking a perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and natural beauty.

Millbrook was the venue for our wedding – just the two of us and our dog. ‘What a magical experience’ succinctly summarises our stay and special wedding day. The accommodation is of a high standard providing luxury with a welcoming cosy feel. The grounds of the estate are a fabulous place to retreat and relax with lovely country wooded walks by the small lakes with a friendly nudge from an alpaca or three along the away. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much effort with every attention to detail being given – thank you Meg. We could not had wished for anything nicer or anywhere better and so pleased we choose Millbrook for our special day. A huge thank you and highly recommend Millbrook.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Millbrook Cottages and had a truly amazing stay. From the moment we arrived we knew we had made a good choice for our mini break. ||The proprietors clearly know how to create a luxurious environment and have invested heavily to deliver a truly beautiful, tranquil and comfortable offering for their guests. We were completely blown away at the high specification and attention to detail within our accommodation and the surrounding estate. Bob, Kate and the team run a very slick operation that's totally focused on providing their guests with a priceless experience.||It's very rare that I feel motivated to review a venue but the Millbrook Estate deserves a special mention. It delivers on it's promise...'Heaven in Devon'!

My wife and I got married at Millbrook estate in June 2023 as we wanted an elopement wedding with just the two of us and as little stress as possible. This proved to be the correct decision as from the moment we booked to the day we left it was 100% stress free! Our wedding coordinator (Meg) helped us from start to finish and was so helpful, nothing was too much bother.||We received plenty of information before we arrived including making sure we followed specific directions to avoid some very long narrow Devon roads which although is a small thing, makes a difference.||We stayed in the Lakeview property which has it's own small garden with a raised seating area and it's own hot tub. We were very lucky with the weather so we used the seating area everyday. Lakeview was spotlessly clean when we arrived with petals on the bed, fresh bread baking and our choice of music playing through the awesome Sonos system. We really couldn't fault the room at all, the housekeeper does an amazing job.||The grounds are kept in such amazing condition, we bumped into the groundskeeper several times who was always very friendly, he has quite a job on his hands. We rarely left the estate as there was so much to see and so many places to sit, relax and take in the beauty.||We were married on the Wednesday of our 4 night stay and once again it was planned perfectly. We used suppliers recommended to us by Millbrook who included Connie @ Iconic Hair and Makeup for my wife's hair and makeup who did an amazing job, Liz @ Changing Blooms for our flowers which were perfect, Maria Broome was our photographer who put us so at ease and made our mini photoshoot afterwards so much fun, then finally Dan @ Nomad Dining for an afternoon tea which was simply delicious.||We can't speak highly enough about Millbrook estate, I also can't miss out the owners Bob and Kate who took time to stop and chat which was a nice touch and were so friendly. We will be returning in the future without a doubt!
