My family and I have been registered with this GP for a number of years and have never really had any complaints. I'm not sure what's happened recently, but trying to get through at 8am for an on the day appointment has become impossible, by the time you get through there are no appointments left and I've submitted a number of online forms over the past couple of months for a Doctors appointment when I've been happy to wait a couple of weeks for the appointment and I just get a text message saying to call 111. It's absolutely unbelievable, I basically feel now like we don't have a GP surgery because it's impossible for us to get an appointment, either on the day or otherwise.

Absolutely inept admin work, to the point where it borders on medical malpractice. Forgetting to file my fiancé's request for a mental health diagnosis causing a year of waiting to go down the drain because they just didn't put it in the system. When they admitted that it should have been put through and it just wasn't, they claimed there was nothing they could do to speed the process up. When asked to be put in for a secondary service that could have given him a quick diagnosis they missed the deadline to submit their side of the application despite having weeks to do so. Ridiculous service, now he's going to have to pay hundreds out of his own pocket for what would be a 2 hour appointment.

What is the point in being registered at a gp practice these days, it it almost impossible to get an appointment, if you fill in the online form you get told (via text message) to call 111, even trying to order repeat prescriptions has become a challenge for even the most computer savvy, I just don't think GP practices are interested in seeing patients anymore, THIS one most certainly isn't.
